Repeatedly insulted by staff - I had the bizarre experience today when I took my car in with a flat tyre. The guy behind the desk felt he could open conversation by insulting my choice of car (before even saying hello). He then followed up with repeated insults and insinuations.  Considering this guy has a competitor in Donellans less than 100m away and a competing Bob Jane another few km down the Maroondah Highway - I can only assume he will be out of business in no time.

Such a good experiance at bob jane box hill, the manager michael was so healful and took me through the process, have been to other places and been a girl they talk in a way i dont understand, highly recommend this place

Just had my Evo wheel aligned. Simon is awesome knows Evos and more than helpful about setting up the car for track days etc. I'll be back for some new tyres!
