Went to the bedding department after a new mattress. My old mattress had failed after only 22 months and I needed the best mattress I could get that would provide many years of comfortable sleep. I was "sold" Tempura mattress as this was going to provide the "best nights sleep" ever. After 4-5 nights I realised the mistake I had made as this was the worst mattress I have ever had. NO SLEEP! The Harvey Norman bedding departments only advice was give it more time as you will get used to it. Other than that, it was basically a case of you bought it, your bad luck as there are no returns, even with the special mattress protector. My advice, if you a bed, go to a proper bed shop, not HN

Gigantic store but services were slow. I went to pick up my online orders and with the confusion on 'where to pick up' to 'nobody is free to serve you', then 'I'm so sorry I can't find your product.......', until I suggested they pick up the stock from the shop and print out the record from the system, so I don't need to wait for any longer. It wasn't a pleasant experience but other departments may be better.

The products here are of supreme quality even if the prices are quite high. Also a range of different choices & varieties to choose from...... Not to mention the staff here are very friendly & amicable.👌👌

Before we enter the store, me & wife were under the impression that Harvey Norman is the most expensive. We were thinking of looking various models in the store and buying it from the Good Guys. We started looking around and met with Colin who was friendly, polite and highly knowledgeable. He changed our perspective towards of Harvey Norman. With his recommendation, we saved not only money but also gain great knowledge for life. From a neutral, we have become an advocate for the business. I will highly recommend Harvey Norman Springvake store and meet Colin. When you do so, please tell him that even good wirk also get notice. Well done mate ☆☆☆☆☆ for your advise.
