In July, we purchased a robot vacuum from Harvey Norman for around $2000. The vacuum itself has been performing well, but what truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service we received during a recent repair process.nnWhen we brought the vacuum in for repair, the salesperson was incredibly helpful and attentive. Even though she wasn’t the one who originally handled the troubleshooting, she went out of her way to gather all the necessary information for us. She made sure to consult colleagues and provided clear updates, showing real dedication to helping us.nnWhen we requested to speak with the manager for more clarification, the salesperson facilitated the conversation seamlessly. Thanks to her efforts, we felt well taken care of and confident in the resolution. Her professionalism and commitment to customer care made all the difference, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service.
We bought a Dreame robot vacuum for some $1900 in July 24nWe were not informed by the salesman about the feature of these machine for example that Harvey Norman doesn’t sell the bag, and that this machine has been discontinued !!!nwe brought the machine back last month and asked them for repair. today we came to pick up the machine however the salesperson was not able to give us a proper update about the repair and she constantly said that she doesn’t know because she is not the one who did the troubleshooting. She had to constantly go back-and-forth to verify with her manager. The service was very poor and I’m very disappointed. The manager told us that we have to wait. Had i known that this machine is discontinued or Harvey Norman staff are not helpful i would have never purchased this expensive machine
Decent store. Multiple choices amongst several brands on home appliances and consumer electronics. Great selection of TV, Fridges etc. easy to move around too. Definitely recommend this store.
I have shopped a few times now at Harvey Norman for electrical appliances, phones, and even a laptop. Rex has been awesome. Not once have I found that it was just a series of transactions but a customer relationship. A laptop I bought last week was not in stock but would be there in a few days. I was actually okay with that. But Rex went the extra mile, rang a few stores, and got stock in later that day. This sort of customer service is rare and amazing!
Today I have been shopping with my wife for a new washing machine and dryer. Our heart is set on the Miele brand! We have not made the purchase yet. The staff was very helpful with the questions we had, we are planning to make the purchase when we move into our new unit.
