It's a large Myer. Has many different brands and designer brands. Clothing to bags to makeup etc. Specials and deals all over the store.nHas a small cafe in the centre.nNot many bathrooms around.
I strolled into Myer Chadstone on a simple mission: to grab Jo Malone’s Wood Sage & Sea Salt because who doesn’t want to smell like they’ve just stepped off a luxury yacht?. But instead? I walked out not only smelling like high society, but also feeling like royalty, thanks to the wonderful staff Rina.nnRina, the staff member who helped us didn’t just hand over a perfume… oh no, she delivered an experience. A neat black ribbon decorated beautifully on the gift bag, I almost shed a tear to how beautiful it looked.nnShe was kind, thoughtful, and made the whole process feel less like shopping and more like a delightful little event. Customer service like this deserves a standing ovation… or at least a very enthusiastic five stars. nnWould 100% recommend. Would 100% go back. And would 100% let her wrap every future gift in my life.nnThank you for such the experience! From your Malaysian and Indian friend you made today!
You can get branded products with reasonable price and some time discounted prices can be a deal breaker. Variety of products to choose from clothes to satisfy your fashion needs to footwear to household needs. Friendly staff and excellent customer service.
I visited the women’s shoe section at MYER Chadstone around 4:00 PM on 19th October 2025. When I got to the cashier, an older female staff member initial J abruptly told me to wait in another line before I could even speak. Her tone was rude and dismissive. I noticed she was very warm and friendly to the customers before and after me, both of whom were white women, while I — an Asian woman shopping alone — was treated coldly and with visible impatience.nI felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Australia is a multicultural country, and I believe every customer deserves equal and respectful treatment regardless of their background.
We didn’t go too far into Myer to give it a full detailed review, but went specifically for a cologne and I was happy to find it and test out a few others which I also bought one of while we were there. I even got a free bag with the purchase!nnThe staff were very friendly and although some of the sample perfumes had already been used, it was a pleasant experience all round.
