Olivia in the lingerie section was excellent today. It is not often that I get customer service of that level and I really appreciate Olivia’s efforts in helping me find the perfect sports bra at an affordable price.

On a recent shopping trip my 16 month old son was ill and vomited all over me and the floor. The staff (and shoppers!) in the children's section were very kind and helpful, reassuring me and helping me take my things to the baby change room. Treated me very well when I was feel very vulnerable!
