I had a generally positive experience at Myer Chadstone, thanks to the wonderful service provided by the staff in several key sections. The teams in Perfume, Handbags/Wallet, the Footwear section, Appliance and Homeware and Women's wear were incredibly gracious and helpful. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.nnHowever, I did notice that the Lingerie section seemed short-staffed during my visit on Sunday. While the service there was still good, it would have been even better with more staff available to assist. Given the high standard of service in other parts of the store, I'm confident that having more of their amazing staff present in the Lingerie section would greatly enhance the shopping experience.nnOverall, Myer Chadstone offers excellent service in most areas, and with a little more attention to staffing in the Lingerie section, it would be close to perfect.
I would like to say a big thankyou to two of your team members who work in the ladies footwear department. Exceptional service to lady with the English accent who found the other missing Adidas sneaker in the men's shoes department, she went out of her way to find it. Also Louise who was so apologetic for keeping me waiting to purchase my new sneakers.. I can't thank them enough!!
I had an amazing experience with Lina. She was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful—unlike David Jones, where it's hard to find staff, and when you do, they're rude and uninterested in helping. I highly recommend Lina and Myer Chadstone for their outstanding customer service.
Rude staff, terrible customer service.nI waited in the Dior stand to ask for the price of something for more than 15 minutes, the person in the stand instead of helping preferred to focus on packing something without even looking at me!nIt is more interesting to know there were even two sales person in the stand!nI ended up going to the actual Dior store to buy what I wanted.nPut the price on the products if it is so hard for you to communicate with your costumers!nSuch a waist of time!
I am so impressed with how Myer has turned the store around to make it such a great place to shop. The staff and service is exceptional. I have recently shopped in the homewares section on several occasions and have had the pleasure of being looked after by a team member named Vicki. She is outstanding. The level of service is exceptional. We are now on a first name basis, and she is my “go to” person when I go to the store. Service like it used to be years ago. Bravo.
