I went into Smiggle and bought a slime, 10 minutes go by and I decide I don't want the slime anymore. I get the receipt out of my bag and the slime the slime is unopened and in the same condition as when bought. I ask the lady if I could return the slime showing her the receipt/ the lady says I needed to be 18+ to return something. I'm at Chadstone alone as a preteen girl. they didn't let me return the slime and it was another rip off at smiggle.
Good stuff and a great deal.
Nice place. Friendly staff, great variety of throwaway toys. Questionable Upsell strategies; like 1 for $13 and 2 for $15. Pretty much get you every time. Even the staff member who didn’t seem to agree with tactics told me that, “They don’t make up the promotions, they just sell. “
The customer service was excellent, I especially thank the manager who was on duty and served me today, she was very professional when dealing with my request and she definitely know how to make happy customers! Very much appreciated your help!
Excellent service They came to us to ask what we were after and pointed us to appropriate gifts. Wouldn't have found it otherwise. Very helpful.
The kids and I LOVE this shop. Although it's rather pricey, you'll always be able to find something the kids will love. Great for presents.

Some things are overpriced. Great when their products are on sale. However I was a bit disappointed. I bought some things and forgot to show my smiggles card. I came back an hour later and they wouldn’t stamp it.
Browsed with my granddaughter and lots of gorgeous things to buy but a bit pricey for my wallet
Friendly staff. Great for young kids. Walkie talkies are a fun gift.
