Had a really good experience at the store recently. I don't have many friends so I usually end up hovering around for a few hours when I go shopping, and I had a really lovely conversation with a staff member about Criminal Minds for at least 40 minutes : Didn't even purchase anything or feel pressured to, which is rare nowadays.
Excellent collectionof top clothing brands for men and kids. We have shopped here for so many years and it has never failed to provide with the best choices of clothing. Workers are helpful too.
wish I could put zero. After many years of being a regular David Jones customer I am sad to say never ever again. I purchased an Antler carry on suitcase on line. Received it today , it was in a competitors box Samsonite when we opened it , it was in box no packing , no plastic around it , when we pulled it out it had scratches on side , scuff marks all over it , wheels look like they had been dragged through gravel. It’s damaged and I would venture second hand / been returned to David Jones previously. Inside a cloth that was meant to protect it scruffed up and just thrown in case. Now on the day my wife’s father has passed away we have to deal with making calls to David Jones re this disgraceful delivery and tomorrow having to drive 3 hours return to take it back Terrible representation of the Antler brand and product to deliver their case in a competitors branded box in damaged , second hand condition. It is no wonder sales are declining when you get this abysmal level of quality and service from what was once a prestige retail brand . Abysmal customer service and care and after over 35 years of being a loyal and regular customer of David Jones I will never shop with them again. I hope this warns others. Regards Christopher Stewart
David Jones at Chadstone is a great place to shop with a wide range of quality brands all under one roof. The store layout is elegant and easy to navigate, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I particularly like the variety in clothing, cosmetics, and homeware – it feels like a one-stop destination for premium shopping.nnThe store is well-maintained and offers a classy shopping experience, but at peak times it can get a little busy which makes service slightly slower. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s expected given the brands and quality offered.nnOverall, it’s a solid shopping experience and one of the better department stores in Chadstone. Definitely worth visiting for variety and style, hence a strong 4 stars.
Nice shopping centre, we did a window shopping at David Jones after Myer similarly more shopping assistant than the customers. Lots of stuffs are on sale.
