Walked in overwhelmed and stressed to find an outfit for my civil marriage. Upon browsing Zimmerman pieces I was approached by Tara, and thank God for her.nnShe listened exactly to my preferences and desires and showed me all suitable potential options. She knew the pieces well and as we walked around fine tuned the brief.nnLet me tell you she nailed it. I felt confident, and most importantly comfortable. I genuinely felt Tara and team cared and truly made me feel special.nnAll the stress subsided and for something I was prepared to spend the whole afternoon on, I was pleasantly surprised be done and dusted in 20mins.nnJust when I thought that was the pinnacle of service, no, she sent further wishes for my special day. I was so touched. Thank you again ladies - your service and care is outstanding.
Edita from Carla Zampati is so helpful and professional . I haven’t experienced this sort of service from DJ for ages now as it’s always not enough staff on floor. Edita is so patient and recommended dresses that will suits my style and events. Thank you again Edita!
Very poor customer service and rude staff. My aunty collected a click & collect order I had placed for Mother’s Day, once I got approval from the online support team and a written email to confirm approval that my aunty could collect my order - the staff were not professional at all and made my aunty wait 30 minutes before handing over the click and collect order, even though she had shown the confirmation of approval to pick up my order. Not only were the staff rude - they put in the incorrect gift message card in my order. I requested “Happy Mother’s Day” but got “Happy Birthday Shivanya”. You would think a big company like David Jones would double check their orders to ensure everything is correct, AS WELL AS have some sort of good customer service. So disappointing.
Tommy Hilfiger - Marie, had exceptional customer service.nShe has served us twice on two different occasion and she was amazing both the times.nApproached us straightaway with a big smile and was very helpful.
I went across the underwear department and met Wendy. She is so warm and professional. It makes my DJ shopping experience so memorable. Thanks Wendy.
