I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Gigi at Valentino Chadstone. She was a star! Her politeness and her amazing customer service was probably the best i've experienced. Her passion for Valentino was shining through as she showcased so many beautiful bags and jewellery pieces. It was an overall amazing conversation, looking forward to returning soon, that sequenced silver bag looked super dreamy, hope to be served by Gigi when i get it!!!! <3 :

It has been such a great delight being served by the lovely and kind Ousmane Jongue. Outstanding customer service, providing excelent care and attention to the finer details. My experiences so far were decent with this store. Staffs are patient and they are willing to spend time knowing the different fits and sizes so that you will be able to make the right decision and not regretting the purchase. In love with my open skate sneakers and I'll definitely come back for new season arrivals.

Excellent service, easy, no nonsense shopping experience and not pushy!! Gigi is an asset to Valentino. Knows her stuff and very friendly. Great seeing the team that working today laughing and working collaboratively.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE VALENTINO! It is a fun and exciting experience every time I shop at the Chadstone boutique. Regardless if I'm wearing trackies or designer fashion, I've received consistently wonderful service. If you can, ask for Gigi. She goes beyond customer service and takes it to a whole new level!

Tldr: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! READ THE REVIEWS. THIS IS NOT A BRAND OF TRUST. UNPROFESSIONAL. 1Purchasing the shoes I should’ve read the reviews before shopping at this store. I attended the Valentino Chadstone store around 9:30am on 26/12/2022 and asked to buy a size 38 Valentino Rockstud heels in powder colour. The store manager, Jenny Butera, gave me a size 38.5 without my knowledge. Given the shoes were all wrapped up and the box and receipt read 38/, and Jenny did not tell me the shoes inside the box were size 38.5 instead of size 38, I was misled to believe that the shoes I had purchased and walked out with were size 38. Upon purchase, Jenny did not explain to me the refund policy nor was there any pos information seen in store. 2Noticing the shoes were wrong size When I arrived home and opened the shoe box to show my family my purchase, my partner noticed the shoes themselves were size 38.5 not size 38. I checked the box and receipt which said 38/. Hence I was given the wrong size shoe, packaged within what I was misled to think was a size 38 shoe in size 38 packaging. 3Returning the shoes The next day at 3:30pm on 27/12/2022 I had to drive all the way back to the Valentino Chadstone store to return the shoes. The shoes are in unworn condition with all the packaging etc. I approached a saleswoman with long blonde hair and I said “I came in yesterday and asked for size 38 and was given size 38.5 instead, they are the wrong size and I would like to return them”. She brought the size 38.5 to the back of the store and came back out with size 38. I said “I just want a refund because I’ve wasted my holiday running around due to receiving the wrong size in the first place.” The saleswoman with long blonde hair in a rude, aggressive, condescending tone said “I’m now giving you a size 38, you didn’t say you wanted a refund, so now you’re saying you changed your mind”. I said “no, I said I wanted to return them, you’ve given me the wrong size in the first place, I’ve wasted my time running around fixing your mistake, and I’m now receiving terrible customer service from you”. She said “from me?!”. I said “yes, you are speaking to me in an aggressive tone”. She then went to the back of the store and summoned Jenny Butera, the store manager, and Jenny gaslighted me saying that I asked for a size 38.5 when I know for a fact I’m size 38. Then she said “I’m sorry for her behaviour she is just our Christmas casual and we don’t always have control over all of them. I will try to get you a refund today however it might have to go through Finance in Hong Kong which will take a week. You’ll need to leave the shoes here if you want to return them. Here’s my business card, I’ve been here since the beginning and I helped set this store up. You can trust us, the amount of things customers ask us to leave out the back is astonishing.” I left the shoes there and went back to the store to get it in writing and Jenny sent me a text about it. So I left the shoes with the Valentino Chadstone store. 4Outcome Valentino Chadstone denied my refund due to reasons of change of mind - however it was not a change of mind. I asked for a size 38, they gave me a size 38.5 and packaged it in a size 38 box, it was a mistake on their part and it’s not fit for purpose. why should I support a brand that has given me the wrong size and wasted my time and money rectifying their mistake? Out of principle I will never again give money to Valentino, a company whose staff actions reflect they are OK with customers bearing the cost of Valentino’s mistakes.

Beautiful experience in this Valnetino store with Tan, who is so lovely, helpful and considerate! All staff are friendly and nice. The store has a variety of stocks. Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of heels and service was ok but after wearing them a two times the shoe soles looked like they had been chewed by a dog so I took them back to have them fixed and was told they’ll call me in 4 weeks, went in after 5 weeks asking where they were and was told that they’ll get in contact with me when they arrive so I left very disappointed and angry, It’s been around 7 weeks now and still no call. Never buying from them again!

Came here with my partner to purchase a gift for her. Got served by Oman such a nice guy and was really helpful guiding us in selecting the perfect earrings.

Although the sales person who initially served me provided fine customer service, I am not impressed by the attitude and level of customer service of those that I came back into the store for within a couple of hours after purchasing a pair of Rockstud pumps from them. I came back into the store seeking help after discovering I was not provided with a dustbag for my shoes and somehow, between looking briefly at the shoes after purchasing them outside near the store and the car park, I had managed to misplace the 2 little red envelope inside the shoebox that contained the spare heel tips and studs. The young guy not the initial sales associate who sold me the shoes literally shoved the dustbag in my hand Without thinking it’s appropriate to actually put in inside a bag. When I asked for one, he said they didn’t have a spare bag! Unbelievable. I also found the manager that I spoke to about my misplaced spare parts wasn’t very helpful and had a bit of attitude. Sure, it’s my fault for losing them but as a customer who had just spent a decent amount at the store, a bit of empathy wouldn’t have gone astray. Needless to say, they were not able to replace the spare parts I have lost. By the way, they also don’t answer their phones, the line was busy when I tried to call the store about the above before physically going in again. When questioned, the manager says they had put the phone off the hook so they can serve customers! There were at least 4-5 staff on the floor and I wouldn’t say the shop was filled with customers. As a regular consumer of luxury goods, my experience at Valentino has got to be one of the most unimpressive encounter. I think practically the entire staff needs to be re-educated on the fact that they are selling luxury goods and not cheap items from Kmart. I had better service there than at Valentino Chadstone.
