Unreal customer service from the team at Bossini Chadstone. The guys are very friendly and they really are a good help. I have been to this shop on multiple occasions and i have never been upset. To the team at Chadstone thank you so much for driving the customer service and exceeding my expectations. The girls at Chadstone are also very friendly and really know what they are talking about. Thanking you for the wonderful experiences.
Employees are so rude, came at 10am opening hour to pick up a suit, the store didn’t open until an hour later, had to wait for that long and when I asked the employee in the store next door if that was normal he said that they “just came in whenever they want”. So unprofessional and profoundly disappointed. Suit was good
Beware of spending your hard earned money at Bossini. They will never give you a refund even if the product is faulty. I went there to return 6 puffer jackets which I bought to send overseas as gifts. One was used by my partner and he noticed that the jackets sheds so many feathers or down whatever the filling is. His T-shirt underneath the jacket and the whole car seat was full of feathers. I took pictures and went to Bossini Epping. The salesperson saw the pictures and asked me to call his manager at Chadstone for a refund. Instead of talking to me, manager called Epping store and asked salesperson not to issue a refund. The salesperson said that every jacket sheds feathers and this can not be considered as a fault. Even though I had pictures with me, they did not agree and refused to give me a refund. I would never go back to shop at Bossini again.
Great customer service from all employees every time visiting Bossini Chadstone! Staff are friendly and always very helpful when finding the perfect outfit. Definitely recommend visiting this store if looking for quality menswear with a positive experience.
I visited the store on Saturday intending to purchase 2 shirts for my partner. The lady who served me wasn't interested at all in helping me and I ended up measuring the shirt myself. Whilst I had the shirts hanging up deciding on the size she put them both away? She appeared quite disinterested and couldn't be bothered so I left the store without purchasing.
Customer service is 0 both staff girls including manager was horrible. Both of them didn’t gave any hands. We found all the sizes ourself they seems like we are not buyers just wondering around. As per my suggestion there is a requirement of changing staff at this store. Will not go there back in my life again.
Pathetic service. Got a suit for a wedding, turned out the tailor forgot to tailor the jacket, leaving pins in it. I asked for a full refund they refused, and the they blamed the tailor and said it wasn't their fault. Every staff memver i spoke to on phone, at spencer st, chadstone and email, all curiously had the exact same disinterested and completely unapologetic atttitude. Don't ever go here
I've been shopping at Bossinis for over 3yrs and have never been disappointed with service and quality of suits, shirts & ties. Despite the negative reviews I urge anyone looking for great style in clothing of quality design not to be detoured! Happy Shopping
Exceptional customer service from the team at Chadstone and everyone were really friendly. Faize was a great help and informed me with the wide range of products the store had to cater for my needs. Huge thanks to the team and i will definately come back again
0 Stars! No customer service what so ever. The store manager handles enquiries with disgusting attitude and has no phone mannerisms at all. Why work in a customer service job if you have none! The staff is only good for arguments and deflecting problems and responsibilities that they are accountable for. Very unprofessional!
