So far all my purchases from Uniqlo have turned out to be great. They have good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Staff are okay.

Range of clothes are good and pricing is quite affordable. Look for for their mark down pieces which are really attractive. Some of the sales staff are quite clueless when asked for stock check.

We have been told to pick up pant today at 5pm. However, when we arrived at 5.10pm, the staff told us that the tailor didn’t do anything about pants and the staff didn’t even apologise for that! How rude he was and we were so disappointed. We will never go back again!!!

One of its staff rude, unhelpful and shows genuine lack of care of customers. Lacked either training or good retail experience. Or both.

Surprising for a Uniqlo store. Don’t know if they ran out of staff and hired anybody who put their hand up to get this guy.
