Mum had a fall while negotiating an aisle at Target Forest Hill.nA friendly customer helped me get mum to her feet and staff members came in a flash. Store manager Sharan attended immediately with a pillow, and arranged for a seat for mum. Details of the incident were taken and mum told to sit as long as she needed, after mum declined ambos. Sharon was warm, encouraging and called/texted that afternoon and next morning. Mum is fine now, in no small part to the care and attention of Sharan and her crew.nThanks Target.
Attempted to exchange a gifted shirt that was a size too big. Was told by the person at the door that the stores policy was no receipt, no return. When I complained I was told that they were just employees and didn’t respect general management or their policies. Laughed and shook their head as I walked away.
For the product I'm totally happy with the quality and the price wise.nJust want to let other parents and people know for the safety there.nToday I was there with my son around 2-3pm and it was a lot of empty hooks there specifically the one on the curve side.nIt got my son on the stomach and its pretty deep.nnJust be more safety please and it be better for everyone if put a closing end to it.nnThankyou.
I just had another very positive experience with Target Forest Hill. I had a 'click and collect' item to pick up. The staff were super friendly, super helpful and the pickup process was quick and easy. Previously I have had very positive experiences with returning items to Forest Hill Target. And another thing I love is that Target Forest Hill is still a 'Target' store, and has many items that are not Anko/Kmart brand. A big shout out to the friendly professional staff at Target Forest Hill. Thankyou.
Great place to shop! The staff were very patient, friendly and helpful in finding what I need. I’ve shopped here so many times and Victor, Ben, Julie and the management team have always been very helpful. Keep up the good work!
