The prices are ticketed daily at the best price in the market - everyday!
I find the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Solid range but poor customer service in the tech department. Staff were congregating near the cooling vent and sharing inappropriate videos, rather than approaching customers. After some time, one salesperson did offer assistance and was friendly and knowledgeable. However, he left abruptly and never came back. Was quite interested in making a purchase but there were no staff on hand to assist. Saw other customers waiting and looking around as well. Finally walked out after about 10 minutes of no service.

visited yesterday with my wife. We were considering washer dryer combo vs merely buying a dryer.  Salesman 1 explained and recommended the Ariston combo,  we walked away later as we were still undecided. We came back later and greeted by salesman 2, so we ask him about how to stack the dryer on the front loaded washer and this guy told me a plastic mat is required. Then the previous salesman saw us having conversation he was not happy and claims that we are his customer. The two started argument, Salesman said to us "he(salesman 2) doesn't talk to me", and salesman 2 responded he should not say this in front of the customer. the  two walked away and left us unattended. As a customer we have our right to ask questions about the products, we have our right to ask whoever customer service around at the time. What's wrong with it? As we were left unattended so we decided to leave Harvey Norman

I’ve experienced the worst customer service ever. They didn’t match the price with The Good Guys and the manager was so rude when we asked for price matching and I also wanted to buy some kitchen appliances as a gift and I asked for the possibility to change the color later ( without even opening the box) the manager was so rude and told they won’t change it at all!!!!!! DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

Harvey Norman Nunawading sold us a used toaster! We bought other appliances including a microwave oven this afternoon and we did not open the boxes till after dinner. The toaster was not wrapped with plastic, booklet missing and a few pieces of burnt toast left inside. It looked like the toaster came back from the store's canteen. Very annoyed and the thought of having to return to the store is very frustrating. The salesperson who sold items to us was nice but the onus of store to make sure items sold are of mint and new condition is void.
