I had a wonderful shopping experience in this outlet today. They have a good range of clothings and sizes at good prices. A shout-out to the staff who managed the fitting room around 11am. I accidentally spilled some tea outside the fitting room and she helped to clean up the mess with no complains at all. She was so polite and I am very impressed with her service attitude. Congratulations to Big W for having a shining star in their service team !

Has many things forball family in a good prices. My son loves puzzles and has multiple choices in just $10!

Huge shop, bigger than some other Big W's. Well laid out. Great value, huge range, and better quality items than some other department stores ahem Kmart. Did a click and collect. Took a while to find the service counter was at the back of the store, but would certainly be happy to buy that way again.

I was trying to find a book today which the website said is in stock at Big W Eastland but it was nowhere to be seen. Couple of other staff couldn’t help beyond a point but then I saw Maddy, she said she was not from the Books department and yet she went an extra mile and helped grab it magically from the backend within 2 minutes! Thank you so much Maddy for going above and beyond and making my kids day.. you deserve a raise!

Would not let me exchange an OBVIOUS big W product for a size that fits me that was brought as a gift. Manger on the phone was very rude. My family would have spent into the thousands shopping at big W for Christmas but never again will we shop here.

One of the last relics of BigW in the local area and waverly gardens. Parking in Eastland nowadays is a bit chaotic and the store is located next to the food court, so expect plenty of crowd before you get to the store. Once there though, stock variety is still comparable to kmart, as well as its items sold.

I asked the staff for a book that showed in stock at the store after driving specifically to that store to get it for her to say yes we have it in a box out rhe back but no I'm not getting it. We will probably unpack that box tomorrow maybe call first it will depend. Just lazy and rude

All the same, staff are few and far between. Once I found someone, she was very helpful, even walked me to the items location and asked if there was anything else.

The staff members are always so nice and understanding. When I need help I go ask a staff member and they guide me in the right direction. They are very helpful.

Thx for your service yesterday and very cheap DVDs $4 dollars Im hoping to find more when I come there if not it's all good another good store
