I had really excellent help from the sales representative around midday, Sat 6.6.26.nHe helped me pick out a really great set of water resistant, noise cancelling headphones.nThe woman operating the cash register was also really lovely. Thank You for all of your help. It was great customer service.

I went into jb hi fi today looking for security cameras, around 11:30 one of the men on the floor helped me pick out a system! Then at the counter checking out I was greeted by Ella who helped me bring up my gift vouchers which I was unsure of how to do, both their determination and positive attitude made me feel really comfortable! Highly impressed with both their customer service, especially Ella!

Most people live in hi-fi. I find them ok. I mean, the last time I went there to look for a new phone they tried to direct me towards a phone I had before and hated. However the worse is their margins. They are more expensive. I mean I can get some of the ad ons for cheaper and the phone too. The only reason for the 3 stars is because I bought some stuff and it was the wrong thing. They exchanged with absolutely no fuss. Oohhh and another negative thing is that the insurance you can get it online from a different company for way cheaper and when we had a problem the insurer came and fixed it the same day. So no more JB crappy insurance.

I bought an item for cash just two weeks ago. Even with staff assistance they sold me the wrong thing.  I did not take the receipt. Today I tried to returning. They could not find the purchase on the system so no return was granted. Either the computer system is faulty or the cash sale was not put through which means the money was stolen. Never shop at this store.

I recently visited the JB Hi-Fi store in Eastland, Ringwood, where I received excellent service from Alina. She helped me stay within my budget to purchase a new TV, wall mount, and extra-long cord. Additionally, JB Hi-Fi offered a convenient TV mounting service. As you can see from the photos, I had a TV mounted by them in 2024, and I returned this year 2025 to purchase a complete package for another room in my apartment.nnIn 2024 the  professional TV wall mounting service ensured a seamless installation, with the technician working with me to identify the ideal location and height for my TV and will make another booking shortly when my new tv arrives.nnI’ve  been a loyal customer of this store for many years, and I've consistently received exceptional service from the staff. They're always courteous and willing to help. One of the things that impresses me most is their transparency and flexibility when it comes to pricing. Don't hesitate to ask for the best deal - the staff will work tirelessly to find a solution that fits your budget, without any high-pressure sales tactics.
