Great service in great location. Staff also friendly & very helpful/attentive- especially the salesperson who helped me buy new Nokia phone. He even gave me further discount to already lowered-priced Nokia 8! 
Store layout/space is a bit cramped but hey it's JB~

Today was my first visit to the new Eastland store and I was served by a young girl, unfortunately didn't get her name, she was fantastic. She went out of her way to help me. I hope your bosses read these reviews because she deserves lots of praise.

Last night I purchased a Hisense 43N6 43" 109cm Smart 4K Ultra HD LED LCD TV for $690 instead of $798 which was an amazing price so I am just extremely happy with it. I would recommend buying it from them because they are cheaper than anywhere else also they are much better then LG or Samsung.

I cannot praise this JB HiFi store, and thank the staff enough. I recently had a battery explode in my phone ( Sony Xperia Z5 Premium ). The service received by the staff was excellent, They did everything they could do to get this issue resolved, They have been fantastic all the way through this process. It may not seem like a big deal to them, but it has meant alot that they care about their customers. It really is the simple things that go along way. Thank you again to the staff that assisted me during this issue. 

The only negative I have, an this is directed at the company of JB HiFi as a whole, The company is > ( RoadHound Electronics) they use to repair phones, they mangled the casing on my phone from repair, due to this Sony have been contacted and are investigating the poor job at putting my phone together.
