I went into jb hi fi today looking for security cameras, around 11:30 one of the men on the floor helped me pick out a system! Then at the counter checking out I was greeted by Ella who helped me bring up my gift vouchers which I was unsure of how to do, both their determination and positive attitude made me feel really comfortable! Highly impressed with both their customer service, especially Ella!

Most people live in hi-fi. I find them ok. I mean, the last time I went there to look for a new phone they tried to direct me towards a phone I had before and hated. However the worse is their margins. They are more expensive. I mean I can get some of the ad ons for cheaper and the phone too. The only reason for the 3 stars is because I bought some stuff and it was the wrong thing. They exchanged with absolutely no fuss. Oohhh and another negative thing is that the insurance you can get it online from a different company for way cheaper and when we had a problem the insurer came and fixed it the same day. So no more JB crappy insurance.

Went here yesterday 20th Nov to pick up the new Kirby game for my partner, I had a really big bag from Kmart and was worried about knocking things with it or stressing out workers with it and I asked the lovely man at the door white tshirt, might have had glasses if it’d be better for them if I left it at the front of the store, he assured I didn’t have to but he would be happy to look after it for me while I shopped I really can’t stress how comically large this bag was :’  he was so kind! There wasn’t a point to mentioning this at the time, but I actually have a chronic back injury and the bag was causing me a lot of pain, and being able to leave it somewhere safely really helped me continue my day with less pain and recover a bit before heading home. I also got a bit confused finding Kirby and the checkout as the store layout has updated but the lovely woman in the merchandise section and another woman in the games section went out of their way to stop what they were doing and help me and they were both so lovely and kind

Amazing team! My old phone was dead due to the battery issue. So when I was there, I was little upset, but JB team is nice and friendly. They helped me a lot to get a new phone. When I paid by card, the credit card passwords were wrong so I tried at least 10 times, they were always patient. I really appreciate this lovely team. Thank you guys and thanks to JB HiFi to have such a great team.

Huge shoutout to Jordan today who was an absolute weapon helping me with an iPad for mum for Chrissy. She was so friendly, and went through everything with me so meticulously. Amazing customer service!!!!
