I recently visited the JB Hi-Fi store in Eastland, Ringwood, where I received excellent service from Alina. She helped me stay within my budget to purchase a new TV, wall mount, and extra-long cord. Additionally, JB Hi-Fi offered a convenient TV mounting service. As you can see from the photos, I had a TV mounted by them in 2024, and I returned this year 2025 to purchase a complete package for another room in my apartment.nnIn 2024 the professional TV wall mounting service ensured a seamless installation, with the technician working with me to identify the ideal location and height for my TV and will make another booking shortly when my new tv arrives.nnI’ve been a loyal customer of this store for many years, and I've consistently received exceptional service from the staff. They're always courteous and willing to help. One of the things that impresses me most is their transparency and flexibility when it comes to pricing. Don't hesitate to ask for the best deal - the staff will work tirelessly to find a solution that fits your budget, without any high-pressure sales tactics.

I had one of the worst experiences at this store while trying to pay with a gift card. As soon as I presented the gift card, the staff member at the counter—an overweight lady—immediately showed a discriminatory and annoyed expression, making it clear she was unhappy to assist me. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.nnAfter completing the transaction, I requested my name and address on the invoice for tax return purposes. Instead of assisting me politely, she became visibly irritated and rudely told me that I should have mentioned it earlier, claiming she couldn't add it now. When I insisted on finding a solution, she reluctantly offered to refund the transaction onto a gift card and reissue the invoice—only after realizing that I was dissatisfied.nnThis kind of attitude towards customers is disgraceful. No one should have to deal with such rude and unhelpful behavior, especially in a retail setting where customer service should be a priority. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly suggest management take action to train their staff on proper service etiquette. I will think twice before returning to this store, and I caution others to be prepared for unprofessional treatment.

The staff quickly pivoted to an alternative that made sense to me. In the end, the team came up with the perfect, cost-effective solution to simplify my digital life and create a more connected experience.nnHigh-five to the JB Hi-Fi team at Ringwood!
