I was greeted by a staff member & his name was Marcus. Xmas & it’s a busy time of the year. He customer service was impeccable. He went above & beyond to help me & what I needed. Nothing was to much trouble, something they didn’t have & he checked other stores for me. He did it with a smile & even though he was checking other store, he apologised if it was taking to long. Of coarse I didn’t matter as he was doing his best to help find what I needed. Ever helping other staff members with there enquires. Footlocker you definitely have a valued staff member. I certainly will be coming back. Even on walking out with the things - he stopped me to wish me a Merry Xmas & a safe new year. I than told him he had absolutely great customer & I’ll definitely be back. Footlocker look after him , he definitely is a asset to your business
After tying on the shoes I wanted, I was then somehow given the wrong shoes and when I returned them the next day, of course, none in my size! I was then offered to pick up from another store or delivery. I chose delivery after being told it would be a couple of days. The parcel tracker states one week and coming from QLD, not a local store. Really not impressed at all and do not recommend this store.
Today my son and I approached the store and was swiftly greeted by ‘Laghlan’ who was super friendly, knowledgeable and sold us some $300 ASICS in 2 minutes. I work in retail, he read our needs we being in a rush and met them- what a Pro
Dec 23rd 22. Price of my shoes went from 160 on the wall to 210 at the counter. How can you get that wrong? 30% mark up? Still bought the pair but will be at JDs across from you from now on. Just started collecting sneakers so not good for you. Never going back here.
If zero stars was an option, I’d give it. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one knows what customer service is. Four staff members working and not one approached whilst I was literally holding a shoe and staring at a wall for a good 10mins. Once offered assistance, staff member brought out a size smaller, no offer of looking elsewhere. Had to prompt the staff member to look elsewhere. Whilst the other three staff were standing around, The one who was looking elsewhere tended to another customer and did not handball to someone else who was standing doing nothing. Learn customer service.
Told my friend $10 off with free shipping and "accidentally" added $10 shipping and in compensation gave him a pair of socks that weren't even free
Told my friend that it was 10$ off for a black tech fleece and free shipping but they never gave us the 10$ off and said they "accidentally" added the fee

I bought a pair of Nike 270 online, 10 days later I’ve called enquiring about my item that haven’t arrived so to be told it’s out of stock! Requested my refund then to be told that I have to go to shop to get my refund, that was 3 months ago, very poor customer service, don’t recommend
