I was served by Carly at the Eastland store, she was absolutely lovely. Beautiful customer service and made my shop nice and easy. Will definitely be coming back for more shoes and bags
The 2 girls working Thursday 14/7 night need to consider a non customer facing role. I wasn’t acknowledged. Whatever. But when I asked for help to find a shoe, they pointed and kept talking to each other. If I wasn’t desperate for the shoe due to lack of time, I would have gone elsewhere. Opening the box today to put them on and taking out one of the shoes to find out it’s clearly been worn like they clearly gave me the display shoe. Please act your wage
Decent selection of shoes but the service was high end and top notch! Though the only sales girl in the shop was young she behaved as if she had years of experience. Calm, cool, collected even though there were tons of customers! Very organized and attentive to each and every person. I was very impressed with her and if I were hiring a customer service professional I would recommend her! Kuddos to her boss for finding such a gem!
I received amazing customer service from Emily today, I was pressed for time and she suggested a few pair's until we found the right one's. Thankyou great work!
Sales manager Steph is very very rude to customers. She has this attitude face on and i tried to ask for her help to find the shoe i want but she ignored me all the time to the point that the sales assistant kept apologising for the manager’s behaviour!!! So because she is the manager people shouldn’t ask her questions? So disgusting!! Besides not only staff, quality of shoes are poor too! Price is cheap and affordable but shoes are not comfortable! Overall I won’t recommend this shop due to the poor management. If u wanna buy shoes from Novo at least go to another branch definitely not this location.
I went to Eastland novo today with my daughter very busy store but very helpful staff members. The manager was so helpful with sizes and advice for my daughters formal. I recommend this store to anyone that needs shoes and help with choosing the right shoe and fit. 10/10 service and quality. Thank you ladies we will be returning. Very clean and organised shop.
Great service a fantastic array of choices but I did not buy anything because I am very fussy with shoes. I prefer high end designer shoes because they last years and comfort is paramount.
The worse customer service ever never visit if you’re person of colour
I dont know what her name was but I came in and desperately needed help for shoes for my 21st birthday. She advised a pair and they were absolutely perfect! Classy And comfortable. So thankyou to the beautiful lady who helped me out, means alot!!!
I have been trying to call this company for 3 days straight I have left around 30 calls over 3 days. I don’t understand why you have a phone if you never answer. Even the woman at Highpoint shopping centre tried to call you and made the comment they never bloody answer their phones.
