If I could give zero starts, I would give zero starts. The staff give out different information and so obviously have not been trained properly. They are slow and don’t ever answer the phone. The shoes they sell are good for cheap shoes but honestly if you can afford to spend an extra $50 - $100 it is well worth going somewhere else and actually getting good quality shoes.
I received two left shoes and was not able to wear the shoes I purchased for a specific event. When I went to the store to swap one shoe for a right shoe, the lady that served me was not empathetic to my cause and the inconvenience caused. Basically blamed the government for making them "detectives" when checking customers vaccine status and check-ins. Appreciate mistakes are made, but being in the customer service industry I would have thought that basic customer service should be provided to rectify the issue!
Such a frustrating experience. The sole came off the shoes and the sales manager won't want to listen. Yes. I didn't keep the receipt. My mistake. But they didn't want to even see the defect or listen on my experience. If they don't want to listen a customer or improve on quality, why they even bother to sell.
I was excited to see the sale and wanted to try on some boots... the sales lady was so rude I left without trying or buying. I won't be back again. I'll head to a different store location.
Never again.Extremely disappointed.Wouldnt give one star but i cant.
