I called to make sure you would be open befor I drove all the way down from Gembrook to get a pair of shoes, I was assured 100% that you would be open till 8pm as I had come yesterday and you weren't open. I understand staff shortages but this makes me never want to shop at Betts again.
Tayla who is the manager has fantastic customer service, keep smiling and sales assistant Natalia was wonderful too, both had great customer service!
Good shoe store with a variety of men's and women's shoes. Prices are generally on the lower side. Quality is good but you may find it to be less great compared to other more premium brands.
Excellent service! Bought a pair of heels and a wonderful pair of boots.
