I actually really like to shops here, they've got good shops, it's clean and modern and well located.nnThe two stars deducted are for:n1. Paid parking.. why would you discourage me from hanging around spending money? And I object paying more when I chose to spend my money at your centrenn2.  They gate off sections of the centre as soon as shops start to close, and it can be hard to get to the station  your car  etc from where you are, it can be a long walk around the outside of the building when it would be a shorter and more comfortable walk inside.

I went into Eastland Kmart today and had the best customer experience. I went in to store only meaning to grab one thing and of course ended up with an arm full of items while trying to push my baby to the registers. Kate  I hope I remember that correctly saw me struggling and trying to figure out how I was getting us all to the check out, and asked if I needed a hand. She took all my items and helped carry them to the check out. The two people at the self serve were really lovely as well. Thank you for your help!

It's a lovely big place its inside Eastland Shopping Centre in Melbourne, the shopping centre is huge I believe it has 3 floors great underground parking. The Kmart is clean well stocked and it was easy to get what I wanted although not a resident of Melbourne I really was impressed with the both the shopping centre and the shops Kmart being one of them. I highly recommend it for a visit if you're in that area.

Went yesterday and thought I wasn’t getting enough thinhs to justify a cart but was quickly proved wrong and went back to the entrance to grab one when the lovely man at the door went out of his way to get a cart ready for me and help me put my things in, I hadn’t even asked for help he was just being so kind! Hope he had a lovely day
