Huge store with a large variety of goods, including clothing, homewares, pet items, sporting equipment, shoes and more.nLocated on second floor of Eastland Shopping CentrenOn our recent visit all registers available were self serve and they were mostly card only, with no staff working on any of the front end registers.nThe click and collect area was impressive, but we didn’t like that it was located at the back of the storenThe returns desk is also located at the far back right corner of the store.
Love the layout of this store and usually the staff are lovely however it was just before 8 when we were checking out and there was a long line to the self check out and there was only about 4 self check out registers opened! As we’re trying to hurry to check out, an older lady came up to us and said hurry up we’re closed! My husband and I were both chocked and appalled that someone who works in customer service could speak to customers like that! Obviously needs more training in the proper way to speak to customers. Will be making a complaint to management.
Congratulations to Kmart Eastland.nYou actually listened to the many complaints and have place Registers to the front of the store. You shop, you pay and you can exit.nNone of the crap if a staff member to scan your receipt.nIf you trust the customer to self serve themselves, just them to walk out .nHopefully, your other stores follow suit and get rid of the Central Register Layout.nAlso Congratulations to the Merchandising Team , great stock and great layout
Shoutout to Wendy at the service/photo centre. You are the G.O.A.T. She’s helped me three times now and been so prompt and patient and printed out my prints super quick. Everyone should be like Wendy
I recently placed an online order with Kmart, expecting a convenient and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. My order was delivered in three separate parcels instead of arriving together, which was inconvenient. Worse, several items were faulty and damaged upon arrival.nnOne of the electrical items was unsealed, in a torn and damaged box, missing parts, and clearly used—yet it was sold as new. Additionally, two wall décor pieces arrived broken. Returning these items was another hassle, as I had to visit Kmart twice due to the separate deliveries. This completely defeated the purpose of shopping online to save time and money. To make matters worse, the refund process took longer than expected.nnIt’s disappointing to see such poor quality control in Kmart’s online shopping process. I would strongly advise checking products carefully before shipping them out. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping online with Kmart unless improvements are made.
