Had an extremely bizarre incident at Kmart eastland when I tried to return a shoe I purchased online. The customer service rep asked if I wore the shoe, which I said yes, I wore it to check if it fits me as I bought it online. She then established she cannot accept the return as it was worn once. My sincere question to her - how can I check the fit of a shoe I purchased online without trying it on once? I also showed her a receipt for the shoe which arrived via online delivery two days ago. Train your staff better to not only use legal terms for return as grounds to refuse a return but to also use common sense.nnLooking at previous reviews, I am not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience with the service desk staff when requesting a return. If you need to return something, just go to a diffrent Kmart!
Exceptional customer service today. After an enquiry to the attendant at the fitting rooms, i was directed to an area. When just starting to look, a follow up customer service lady arrived to show me the small item. How wonderful, the attendant had contacted the department customer service personnel.nThank you so much.
I had a great time and brought an array of clothes home even when I didn't need that many! Many of these reviews say a lot of bad things towards this particular Kmart, but I didn't experience any of these when I went there. I absolutely loved the vast colours and designs of clothes there, but I would like smaller sizes for some of the clothes. Overall an amazing experience, left with tons of clothes and tons of money spent.
Amazing kmart, I have no complaints. Quite big in terms of the size of the shop. Wide range of products, so if there is anything you are looking for, I'm sure that kmart will have it or at least a variation of the product. Friendly staff that are more than willing to help. This store looked as if it was kept clean, as everything seemed to be tidy and well kept.nVery enjoyable experience and I will be returning many times in the future!
