Huge store with a large variety of goods, including clothing, homewares, pet items, sporting equipment, shoes and more.nLocated on second floor of Eastland Shopping CentrenOn our recent visit all registers available were self serve and they were mostly card only, with no staff working on any of the front end registers.nThe click and collect area was impressive, but we didn’t like that it was located at the back of the storenThe returns desk is also located at the far back right corner of the store.
Great prices and solid product selection at Kmart. Their change of mind and return policy is really convenient. While it can be hard to find staff to assist with questions, the low prices make it understandable. Overall, great value for money!
Whoever has done the merchandising at this Kmart should get a promotion and do all of the Kmarts. Reminded me of a United States department store! So well organised, well stocked, and put together. Definitely the best Kmart I’ve ever been to!
Poor service at pay point. Why have machines that allow you to ask for assistance when none is available. If a customer is having trouble stay until rectified not come back three times . I will avoid shopping here at all cost. Had I not had the kids ds with me I would have left the items andleft the shop. Do better.
Amazing kmart, I have no complaints. Quite big in terms of the size of the shop. Wide range of products, so if there is anything you are looking for, I'm sure that kmart will have it or at least a variation of the product. Friendly staff that are more than willing to help. This store looked as if it was kept clean, as everything seemed to be tidy and well kept.nVery enjoyable experience and I will be returning many times in the future!
