Dealt with a very helpful salesman. I was exchanging a pair of sunglasses I bought interstate and there was some issues with the reciept. He hapily called up and got the issue fixed and was apologetic for the mix up even when it wasn't his fault. I was super pleased with the service!

I went in on Tuesday 9th and Lady was so rude and unhelpful. I asked for help and she didn’t leave the desk or say much, just pointed to the corner of the shop. I was willing to buy two pairs of sunglasses but now I will take it elseware.

Went in to ask 1 question, lady very rude all i wanted to know was if its possible to buy a some sun glass frames so I can put normal lenese in them, bearing in mind i just spent $500 a week ago with them and wanted the same frames !!! Think her name was Rachel !( manager) she sold me the other 1s too dont understand her  problem no customers service what so ever wont be going back !!!!!!

Rude staff. Staff Were extremly unhelpful. Was not interested in a sale urgent to close store even though trading hours indicated that there was still half an hour left before closing.
