Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff here. Went in with my partner to try on some boots, Chrissy the sales associate was very helpful in fitting me. Even though we had no intention of purchasing, just wanted to try them on and think about it, she was super helpful and even wrote down my size and style for later.
Great experience! I went into to buy specific shoes and the sales assistant was extremely helpful, she knew the products very well and really tried everything to find me the blue shoes in my size, just a shame they no longer exist. But thanks anyway!!!! 5 star service.
I received great customer service from Michelle. Fortunately it being an outlet store I surprisingly had many options in my size because the big mens clothing doesn't sell in the normal stores. I additionally picked up many tops for a great multi buy price.
Fabulous service at RM Williams, but got lost AGAIN ! 2nd or 3rd time, in the car park at Eastland, and thanks to a fabulous Supervisor on guard duty, and a lovely, very patient employee, at a store or office in Eastland, and finally from the camera surveillance - we found our car after an approximately two 2 hour search.
Fantastic staff and a great range of products. The store manager Ryan was very helpful he and guided me on the process to retore my Craftsman boots whilst Rachael assisted me another pair of shoes and belt. They both took their time and i didnt feel rushed. R M Willaims is well known for their products but not for their customer service, you surely have nailed both this time!
I’ve been in the store today as I have had a issue with my boots. The lady on the counter was so helpful and understanding! Nothing was an issue, she handled it really well.
Bought a pair of boots here and they have been awesome. Best boots I’ve ever owned. Looking forward to putting them to the rest this winter. Great staff. Very helpful.
The most amazing service I’ve ever had!!! The lovely man at this store was so knowledgable! I’m truly amazed. Anyone wanting to get fitted for boots. Come here! Or maybe all stores maintain this extremely high standard.
The shoes are amazing! The service was knowledgable and friendly. They loose a star as i'm getting bombed with spam which i did not sign up for. Cheers
