When the store close time is 9pm you need to close at 9pm. I put something on hold at 830 and was back by 8.52 the girls were cashing up and yelling through the door that they were closed. When you close at 9. You close at 9. Not when you want to close. For someone who works 60 hour weeks late night trade is my only option for shopping. Discraceful service. I work in retail also, id love to close early unfortunately its not the staff's choice.
This store is great. I bought a duffel bag from he when it was on sale. A little bit later someone broke into my car and stole some items including the bag. I went back after the next lockdown ended to try to bu it a second time but they had already sold out. They gave me my choice of same brand duffel bag for the same price so happy
My husband and I had the pleasure of being served by the most lovely young man in your store today. His customer service skills were exceptional. He wasn't pushy in the slightest, he was friendly and chatty and nothing was too much trouble for him, assisting in finding sizes and ensuring that our shopping experience was a pleasant one. We think his name was James. So thank you James for all your help today!
I was served by the amazing Emily at Surf Dive n Ski Eastland during this mad Christmas rush. She was absolutely aaaaamazing! She was so kind and helpful and she gave me the best costumer service I had ever received. As someone who has worked in retail over the Christmas period.. I know how easy it is to loose your cool and how stressful it can be.. but Emily was chill & bubbly. Thank you Emily.. I will definitely be back!
I attended the surf dive n ski store located at Eastland shopping centre on the 20th of April 2018. I was greeted by a man who resembled that of a teenage stoner. Skeptical at first, he began to converse with me about the clothing they had on sale. After much discussion about livelihood, literature and 20th century history. I was pleased to say not only had i made a purchase that day, but also a friend. Great store and great people. Much respect.
Very BAD! We went in at 5:00 on 23/07/2019. 2 girls on! not a single hello or good bye. We went in to buy sunnies we were their for 5 mins and they were just chatting away! very unprofessional and would recommend that they need training in retail because that display was very rude!
Used to be served by short fella with man bun, brilliant service and knowledge of the products. Haven’t seen him for a while and the current workers aren’t as professional and much more pushy on the purchase
Staff were helpful, unfortunately low on stock
Excellent staff, very helpfull, definately going to revisit
