I would give NONI B Eastland no star if that were possible. I am completely blown out by how incompetent, disrespectful, and rude the store Manager Anne was today. I don't think I will ever again buy from Noni B and people should be aware of the customer service this person delivering. We did purchase a Maxi dress which the store price has been reduced to $75. After a coffee break, we did find out the same dress has been reduced to $40 online on the NONI B website. We did go back to the store and ask Anne if possible to match the price. She's absolutely disrespectful and with an unmannered tone commented this is unpolite to ask this price match. the online price is just a headache for the stores. Also, she dares to go over and beyond that to put Racist Comments that " This is not the Australian Way to Shop". I believe the company has to educate this lady to have a good understanding of retail policy and how to handle and deliver the message to the customer. If you'd like to have a horrible shopping experience do not hesitate to visit the NONI B Eastland and meet Anne!

Would give negative stars if possible…..unpleasant experience. Pick up your stuff keeping in mind that they won’t exchange it on fair terms.Paid 100 dollars and exchanged it for stuff worth 80, she refused to give a credit note instead because computer hasn’t updated the transaction. This too with disgusting behaviour from Anne. Never coming back to this store.
