Where did all the boys clothes go? May as well not even stock boys anymore, Since only 1/8 of the store is boys clothing. What a joke
Really nice big bright store with heaps of stock in all sizes. Good amount of staff to help but not pushy annoying retail workers which I like!
Brightly designed for kids and parents! You will easily spot the various clothing that are being offered classified by age as well as the girls and boys section. They have this special place for kids to watch a movie, while parents are browsing for the kids clothing. Very convenient!!
Varied experience at this store. Like other reviews, there is one particularly rude staff member at the counter. Other staff generally very helpful and polite.
Helpful girls heaps to choose from
No more plastic bags given with purchase ... while I think this is a great thing and have my own reusable bags they claim to be "plastic free". I noticed a staff member unpack a box of stock that had every item wrapped in plastic ... a far cry from plastic free. Not individual stores fault as this is a problem from head office but claiming to be plastic free and taking away the convenience of bagging up purchased stock while still using an enormous amount of plastic is not "plastic free".
Staff very efficient. This place not to be confused with its larger cousin in a different part of Eastland, Cotton On Mega. It's easy to miss this store as their signs minimise the words "Cotton On" and maximise the final word in their title, "Kids". This makes the name of this place appear to be just "KIDS".
A very spacious store compared to other Cotton On Kids, easy to browse.
I could spend all my money on kids clothes here!!!
Very very rude customer service especially at the billing counter
