We visit Santa land. The staff where so helpful given I am disabled. We had also just had an upsetting experience with Eastland staff, so to have their kindness and fun cheered myself and my daughter up.

This is a Myer full of 4 levels, that I feel like you could spend all day in! It has so much to offer and if you can't find anything that you are looking for, I'm sure you'll be able to find a staff member near by that will be more than willing to help you out. Basically any and every brand that you can think of, I'm sure you could find here. Seeing how large the store is you would think that it wouldn't be kept in the best condition, but no this Myer looks as if it is brand new! Amazing experience and I will be returning again.

Had the very best experience yesterday at Myer Eastland in Womens watches section by a lady named Karen.  She was exceptionally professional, very helpful and nothing was too much for her.  I sure hope this reaches out to her as she deserves the feedback.  Thank you for the great service Karen.

Home ware staff 12.30 new year's eve,  were wonderful patient and helpful.  Watched them look after a little old lady they showed compassion and care well above what would be expected.  Highly recommend that department.

Great store located inside Eastland shopping centre in Ringwood. There are multiple floors and plenty of choice for different products for all. Great place to look for gifts, accessories and clothing for any occasion.

Not enough staff and staff not willing to help each other out. Went to the counter and waited about 20 minutes to be served. I felt sorry for the girl that was behind the desk because she was by herself. She paged for help and no one came. Went out the back to get someone to help her and they refused. There was as least three other staff members I could see around the store moving clothes around.

Had one of my best customer service experiences at Myer eastland. Came in purchase few dresses and had the an amazing customer service provided by a girl named Anhara. Very friendly and a cheerful attitube. Would love to see her again next time i visit.

Click and collect is terrible from this store. Ordered something days ago and it still shows up as “processing” when I track the order, tried calling several times to figure out if the order will be finalised and ready for pick up or if they are now out of stock because they took so long to pick the items from the shelf  - still have not been able to get through to an actual person at the store!

Went in on Saturday and in the women’s French connection section. I was looking through the clothes and a male wearing blue and white shirt with glasses huffed and whined after I walked away because I pushed the clothes back and messed it up. I don’t know if he works in French connection but he was very unprofessional.

Lovely service in the women’s change room and at the counter. They just might need a few more people helping cause the women’s clothing section was a bit messy.
