Found this lovely little tea room on Wednesday while in Ringwood, everything cooked fresh to order, very extensive menu to choose from with table service. We both had a great jacket potato which came with a nice fresh salad and the small potato was plenty. Loved the extra touch of shortbread with my coffee and a custard cream with hubby tea. Very clean, polite and friendly staff, good value for money too. Cakes looked amazing
I ordered sausage and mushroom on toast which cost £4, It was half a sausage cut into pepperoni style slices some minging mushrooms on 1 slice of toast, It was the worst sandwich I've ever had! When I told them this they said very sarcastic "thank you" and that they were pleased, Utterly disgusting overpriced unhygienic, Rude I could go on, I was actually sick that night, If you don't want to be ripped off and you don't like food poisoning STAY AWAY!
Stumbled upon this gem after looking at multiple café menus in Ringwood and being amazed by the overpriced items. Wonderfully warm greeting from the staff, and dog friendly with cuddles and a treat for our dog. We had the soup of the day tomato which was lovely. The cakes looked super, as did the other food we saw served. Nice banter from the staff, and I'd highly recommend it as a place to stop.
Took my Mum for a Saturday morning breakfast where we were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from Jackie and Hannah. The service was great, Mum had a latte served in a homely mug, as no alternative to dairy milk no oat/coconut/almond I had to settle for the same. The quirky mugs added to the ambience of the tea house experience. We were offered a varied menu and a full English breakfast was offered ‘off menu’. With both Mum and I not being able to eat so much we asked for a bacon sandwich and a sausage and egg sandwich. These came in great crusty bread but too be honest, wasn’t the best as my sausage seemed to be microwaved and the egg was hard. Added to this, I over-heard the comment from the ‘chef’ in the kitchen that this was ‘not on the menu so shouldn’t have been ordered’. Having a full English available I thought a bacon or sausage derivative was not too much of a challenge. As I say, our experience was a good one due to Jackie, Hannah and Joshua, who got balled out in earshot for turning up late. When we got the bill, I was surprised at the cost of our meal, not a lot of change from a twenty, wasn’t expecting to pay £5 per sandwich if I have calculated the coffee correctly at £4.25 per mug.

My family and I visited this lovely place twice during a holiday in the New Forest. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both times we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves because of the friendly and accommodating staff. Couldn't ask for better service - they went above and beyond to look after us and nothing was too much to ask. The food was incredible too. I, myself am vegan and had the best vegan breakfast I've ever tasted and their vegan cheese and bacon toastie was delishous too! The meat eaters also said best breakfast they've had in a long time! Portion sizes are generous and they're happy to make any changes to the meal you might want. Highly recommend Jacqueline's, you won't be disappointed!
Nice friendly staff. Light meals at a good price. Step free access to to café however the toilet is too small for wheelchairs with a small step up.
Great place, friendly staff. Small cosy. Food very good and generous portions. Looking forward to next visit.
