To the lovely lady who helped me on the 18th of march, who helped  me pick my outfit for my 21st thank you, you were an absolute angel. I was experiencing some body dismophia with the sizing and she helped me through it and helped me find a skirt or pants to match the shirt I really liked. She was attentive and patient with me which made the whole process a whole lot easier. I deeply regret never catching your name. But thank you for helping me feel beautiful for my 21st

Always impressed by customer service of lovely teenage girl 'Mia'.

5 stars to the lovely young lady who was monitoring the change rooms today at Eastland blonde with a little braid on the side. What a beautiful little soul you are. So young but so well mannered. Well done!

Weren't overly impressed with the staff on this visit. It wasn't that busy in the store but their attitude gave off the impression they were.
