I have mobility issues and often struggle getting around, resulting in me using their mobility scooters to help me get about their shopping centre.nnThey have ample time one can hire the scooter for and are easy to use.nnBut the staff at the service desk are what make this shopping centre stand out from the rest. I had a large layby to pay off regularly so came to know them rather well after a while. Bonnie and Nina have been absolutely incredible. Especially today when it was my Birthday.

This shopping centre is great, but the car parking is a bit confusing. I parked my car and after shopping I was struggling to find it again.nnI went to the information desk and the staff helped me. Security girl Angline also helped me find my car using the parking payment machine. She was very friendly and patient.nAll the staff were very polite and helpful. Thanks to them I found my car quickly. Thank you for the good customer service.

I've been to Eastlands to have dinner on many occassions, outside of the centre at the food court end...nHunter and Barrel - expensive...but delicious nAnd the Thai Alley...pretty good too.nI've now shopped inside, only because I needed to go to TK Maxx and they have Dangerfield also...nThe place is a little like a rabbit Warren to be honest...nUnless you know where you are going, the touch screen directory in the centre itself can be a little misleading, which is frustrating when you're on a time limit, plus you think the store you are after is closer than it actually is...nUltimately, I would rather shop at Chirnside Park with all the chaos, than shop at Eastland, but Chirnside unfortunately doesn't have all the stores I'd like to visit more regularly.nEastland is a further drive for me but I have no choice of I want to visit certain stores as Eastland is the closest for those shops...otherwise I would probably shop elsewhere...just saying...‍

I have no idea why more people don't shop here. So much more room to move than chadstone. Loads of shops, great food court, and a lovely choice of very good restaurants in the outside courtyard, including Gradi 400. Highly recommend.

I was enjoying my Baguette in the food court but was horrified to see Nicholas Mcgowan political stickers graffiti the eating tables! Fair poke of the stick! Centre I ask you as a regular patron of this normally pleasant eating arena can these stickers please be removed so we can eat peacefully without the political hoo-har? Thank you sir/s
