We were served by Seth on the 23rd August and he was amazingall staff were friendly and helpful  we have feet issues and he was kind caring got many pairs of shoes to help us get the right size and comfortable shoes. He reminded us about our Qantas points and looked up our  athletes membership which is interstate. A wonderful  feeling in that store with patient, friendly efficient ,caring staff and shop set up well.

Eastland is one of those shopping centres that always seems to have everything I need. From fashion and technology to homewares and groceries, there's such a good variety of stores that it's easy to tick everything off your shopping list in one visit.nnThe centre itself looks fantastic. It's modern, bright, and very well maintained, with lots of natural light and open spaces that make it enjoyable to walk around. I also liked how easy it was to find different stores because the layout is straightforward.nnOne thing that stood out was the dining area. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés, making it a good place to stop for lunch before continuing to shop. Whether you're after something quick or a proper meal, there are heaps of choices.nnParking was simple, and being close to Ringwood Station makes it really convenient if you're using public transport instead of driving.nnOverall, Eastland is a fantastic shopping destination with a great atmosphere, excellent range of stores, and lots of food options. Every visit has been enjoyable, and it's definitely one of my favourite shopping centres in Melbourne.

I have mobility issues and often struggle getting around, resulting in me using their mobility scooters to help me get about their shopping centre.nnThey have ample time one can hire the scooter for and are easy to use.nnBut the staff at the service desk are what make this shopping centre stand out from the rest. I had a large layby to pay off regularly so came to know them rather well after a while. Bonnie and Nina have been absolutely incredible. Especially today when it was my Birthday.

This shopping centre is great, but the car parking is a bit confusing. I parked my car and after shopping I was struggling to find it again.nnI went to the information desk and the staff helped me. Security girl Angline also helped me find my car using the parking payment machine. She was very friendly and patient.nAll the staff were very polite and helpful. Thanks to them I found my car quickly. Thank you for the good customer service.
