Friendly helpful service. Nice shop.nI couldn't find the product I was looking for. Found different models that were not suitable. Not many shops sells this type of product, so it was good to see a couple of models.

I tried ringing Multiple store prior to closingnwith no answer. Thank GodnNick at Ringwood, Did, And was more than helpful, and fixed my issue immediately. Thankyou. Nick. Your a true lifesaver, great service.

Recently visited the store to purchase a turntable. Staff not very helpful at all in providing information on products, no pricing on products and then suggested we try JB Hifi - which we did, got great service and purchased from there. Might be an OK experience if you know what you are wanting to buy but as someone who needed product info not helpful at all.

Great product range, good service. What more could one ask for?
