Extremely disappointed with your service. I bought an acoustic guitar from you and it was definitely faulty because each time I tuned it, it would go out of tune the very next day which is not supposed to happen. I sent a request through from your online form to have it replaced or refunded and no one got back to me. Then I called and complained about this and the person said they’ll get back to me asap and nothing at all. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE OR GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR THAT MATTER.

Fantastic service! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and customer support is responsive. Great prices as well. Definitely will be back!

Kai & Nick were so professional, I had an issue with connecting a speaker & mic system that I had purchased, no only they spent an hour of their time to make it work, but their Customer service is somthing to look up too. Outstanding and amazing people skills with genuine care. Thank you team. Highly recommended!
