I had a great experience with Archie recently with the installation of our security system. During the planning/budgeting stage he fielded multiple calls from me as we finalised the layout. With the installation, he took great care to install everything in a way that worked with the aesthetics of our home. He also made himself available to answer any additional questions or concerns I had about the system in the days after the completion of the installation. He really made the whole process stress free.

We try and assist wherever possible with technical aspects of our business. The installations we provide are of the highest quality with back up support if needed. We have a showroom in ringwood which makes selecting a system to best suit individual needs.

Appalling, AFTER SALES SERVICE is NON EXISTENT, Wasn't set how I required from beginning, have now been waiting almost 2 yrs for Archie to come back to fix, VERY QUICK TO INSTALL in order for the MONEY. I highly recommend that you DO NO GO THROUGH THIS MOB.

We purchased an alarm and surveillance system and dealt directly with the technician and all was fantastic. Then came the need to ask a question of the person in the shop. If there was a negative scale for customer service this bloke would be the measuring stick. On my first visit to the shop he was rude, condescending, arrogant and treated me as though I was stupid. On my second visit I copped the same. I am now looking for an alternative company that can help me with my questions and supply me with the subsequent products i was seeking.

We have been using Future lock for a number of years for our security system maintenance and 24/7 monitoring. Archie is always prompt in coming out to look after any issues that we have with the system and the pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in the area needed help with security systems.
