Unfortunately, this was a pretty frustrating experience. I called ahead before visiting specifically to check that the printers were working, only to arrive and find they weren't. I ended up having to make three separate trips because of ongoing printer issues, which could have been avoided with better communication.nnOn top of that, the wait time for assistance each visit was much longer than expected, making the whole process even more time-consuming.nnTo be fair, the products themselves were perfectly fine, and once everything was finally printed, the quality was good. However, the lack of accurate communication and the repeated trips really let the experience down. I hope the store can improve communication around equipment outages and reduce wait times in the future.

Due to issues with my Officeworks Business Account not working, I was not able to purchase a Samsung Tablet on sale at an Officerworks store I had visited recently while shopping in another suburb. After returning to my local Ringwood store, voicing my frustration, I reached out to Jenelle, who chatted with her Store Manager who so kindly granted the sale price a week later, and then guided me through purchasing the Samsung Tablet. I am so grateful for Jenelle and the Ringwood Store Manager for being so lovely. Customer Service at this store goes above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I had THE BEST experience today. I went to Officeworks Ringwood to buy a laptop. I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what would be the best one to buy. My knight in shining armour appeared - Braydley. I told him what I needed in a laptop and he took me through a few options and even showed me a demo model of what he thought would be the best for what I needed. Considering my zero knowledge of what would be the best option, he was patient, knowledgeable and just a really nice, helpful guy.nThank You so much my Knight In Shining Armour

Brought a laptop today for my son. Floor staff were a bit hard to find as they seemed to work in huddles leaving vast areas of the store unattended. The gentleman who assisted me was very good and completed the sale with me at the register.
