I had THE BEST experience today. I went to Officeworks Ringwood to buy a laptop. I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what would be the best one to buy. My knight in shining armour appeared - Braydley. I told him what I needed in a laptop and he took me through a few options and even showed me a demo model of what he thought would be the best for what I needed. Considering my zero knowledge of what would be the best option, he was patient, knowledgeable and just a really nice, helpful guy.nThank You so much my Knight In Shining Armour

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! I bought a faulty laptop and they refused to exchange it for an exact same one because it was out of 30 day return Their excuse. If you look at officeworks terms and conditions on returns the 30 day return only applies to change of mind returns not faulty items straight out of the box. Manager is flat out rude and tries to lie and say it depends on what product brand was bought when it says nothing about that in terms and conditions on website. not to mention nothing about a 30 day faulty return was mentioned when bought it. Called head office and they confirmed along with another store that I should have been able to exchange it. Will be taking this further now. This store manager is not fit to be a manager at all.

I went to the Ringwood Officeworks store this week. A big thank you to Sara who was eager to help me with everything. I was very impressed with the customer service and I highly recommend them. Thank you

Brought a laptop today for my son. Floor staff were a bit hard to find as they seemed to work in huddles leaving vast areas of the store unattended. The gentleman who assisted me was very good and completed the sale with me at the register.

Conveniently located shop very near Ringwood Eastland with easy access car park Officeworks is packed with all the items you need for the office or  home. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this shop .
