Understaffed, staff don't know how to operate their own printers. Large format printing is very problematic. Please teach your staff to actually know how to use all aspects of your print service. Apart from that staff are friendly. Parking is good, the rest of the store is ok. Can't recommend until they improve their print services.

Visited twice in the last week to pick up a desk I'd ordered online, and then today, to ask about clip on lamps for reading. Both times, I have had friendly and well informed staff members that prompted me to write this review. They went beyond their knowledge of the products in the store and offered different external solutions to my question about lamps. I have things I don't like at Officeworks, but that is for another review.

Worst experience at office works today. Spoke to a lovely gentlemen Leigh the other day about an item I bought, he was so helpful, but I returned to the store today and spoke to a manager named Julie who was absolutely rude to me and my husband. She was also very abrupt and cold with the young girl who originally served us at the counter who needed Julie’s assistance with our enquiry. The young girl was new by the looks of things but was very friendly I felt sorry for her as Julie was not a pleasant experience in your store. I suggest getting a new manager for your store if she is the best you’ve got!

I had a negative experience shopping here. I required advice and assistance on a few items and the young man assisting us was not helpful and looked incredibly bored. I asked for the cheapest model of an item and he showed me one that was more expensive than two others on the shelf. When asking about a second product he wanted to sell me a product that was $10 more because it was easier for him to get ready for us. When I declined he stated that I’d have to wait until tomorrow then. The lady at the front who processed our payments was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like the first assistant was straight out of Karen’s diner.

Needed to get a huge poster printed at very short notice. Gave the store a call and they rushed my click and collect order. Unfortunately I didn’t grab the ladies name in the print department but she was amazing. The order was done within 3 hrs. Very happy with the service

Recently bought a laptop from this store. Excellent follow up customer service provided by Aaron and Leigh.

Every time I come to collect an online print order it’s as if the staff are searching for the Dead Sea scrolls. Today it took two staff 12 minutes of frantically opening drawers, boxes, folders, searching a computer. It’s an utter shambles. And it happens every time. There’s no order to the collection process.

Have ordered document prints online and other click and collect items and there has never been an issue. My order is usually ready faster than the expected time, and I have not had to wait long at pickup unless they are super busy. Young staff seem friendly and efficient. Would definitely continue using their printing and click and collect services.

Been in a few times in the past week. Staff very helpful and know their stuff.

Like all the options and the variety.  Can purchase for office, home, craft and tech on the one visit.  Staff are very friendly and helpful.  Have never found a problem with car parking.  If your on foot, there is a laneway to the left as you exit that will take you via a more direct route to Eastland Shopping Centre.
