star is is all i can give its not even worth that. we had a lay by since November on a baby bassinet and other items, rang up today not only to get a a person on the other end with no phone manner and then proceeded to tell me that the bassinet is still maybe 3 weeks away, then to say the other items that we took off the shelf also some items weren't available, so why do we call it lay by. no customer service no recommendation from here what soever, would never walk into a baby direct again nor recommend.lay by means nothing to this company.

Very poor service sending a warranty item to a supplier for repairs. Have held the pram in their warehouse for 2 months without sending it. No one knows what’s going on- probably cheap for stock but hopeless for anything else. Frustrating customer service.

dissiponted in the mess around I have had with a rocking chair I pre ordered in early December was suppose to be ready for pick up mid march we are now in mid April and I'm the one that's calling them to find out what's going on not even a curtesy call on there behalf to let me know what's happening.
