I came into the shop last week, a clueless mum who needed to buy some games for Christmas for my kids. I had very little idea of what I needed to look for exactly, or where, but all the staff were amazingly patient and helpful with me, and went above and beyond in trying to help with making choices. In particular, a manager there, Kyle, went out of his way to make sure I had the right games for a 2DS, and helped me each step of the way. I really appreciated the assistance I got, and will be back next time I need games for the kids.
