Went into the Ringwood store first thing this morning, The older lady working was not very welcoming at all. I asked for the manual sign in sheet, as government regulations, ever business should have one. Her reply to me was no ,everyone uses there phone, Don’t you have a phone, I replied not on me that’s why I’m asking for the manual sign in book. When mentioning to her that every business should have one , she got defensive and told me she couldn’t deal with me, extremely rudely and loud. I will find you a piece of paper to write your name on, I asked her name , she replied why do you want to know my name, what’s your name she said back to me. I decided to leave, feeling very uncomfortable and hurt by they way she spoke. I’m managing multi million dollar businesses, and thankfully don’t have rude staff, It can be very damaging, we need to support businesses not ruin them.
Visited to buy some new top boots, and had the most excellent assistance to find the perfect pair of boots. Hadn't been to this particular store before, great customer service !
Good range of products and price points. The member of staff who served me wasnt very friendly or helpful. Seemed like she was in a hurry and just wanted rid of us.
Lovely service. There's a reason Horseland has been around for ever. I like that they try to meet a range of price points. A good place to buy boots.

I hadn't been to the Ringwood store in ages and stopped by today. Lovely friendly people and the store was really nicely arranged.
