Just like every Costco, it is pure chaos, which results in a lot of pissed-off customers, especially on weekends. During peak meal times, the food area is a nightmare—waiting for your food and then trying to find a free table, which is usually dirty from the previous users. The two onion machines for the hotdogs are usually empty, and good luck finding a staff member willing to top them up. Prices can be decent if you need to buy in bulk, but every time I go there, I regret it
Disappointing experience with price adjustment policy. Despite being a long-time overseas member since the 90s, I encountered inconsistent responses from staff. Counter staff refused to assist with previous purchases, and other staff seemed unaware of procedures. Unclear policy and poor communication. Hopefully, they'll improve their processes.nnTake it or Leave?
We experienced blatant racial discrimination at Costco today. The entrance an exit employee treated us with clear bias, making us feel unwelcome and humiliated. This is unacceptable from a company that claims to value diversity.nnCostco must ensure all employees treat customers with respect, regardless of race. Proper training and better hiring practices are essential. If this issue isn’t addressed, I will seriously reconsider shopping here.nnCostco, do better. We are your valued customers but not criminals!
The customer service is BAD. Costco Ringwood rules out customer service from their guidelines. I have been to Costco a few times but today was the worst experience yet of all visits.nnMy family and I was walking down the aisle and we saw a motorised water gun, labelled as $29.99 for 2 packs. We thought this was a good deal and went to check with the cashier. I asked the cashier to check the price for me very politely, but she rolled her eyes and slammed the monitor around, not speaking a word. I reasoned with her nicely that the price tag said it was $29.99 for 2, but she insisted that it was $40 for one. She even rudely questioned me by saying that I do not have the Costco membership. If I do not possess the membership, how would I even get into this place? She called the manager over to check the price, constantly saying that I do not have membership while I checked with the manager. Even the manager did not seemed to care about the issue at hand. In the end, it turns out that they have put up the wrong price tag for the water gun.nnOverall, the customer service is really bad, the employees are very unreasonable. Costco must improve their attitude towards customers, in the meantime, I myself will not visit Costco Ringwood anymore.
