This review is for the food court.nI just got my poor fries with chicken, and when I tried to ask for more fries the person in charge a heavy set lady who wasn’t wearing an employee ID said that those come with less fries for having chicken. That doesn’t make any sense, I’m paying more for less and that’s a completely misleading marketing.nnHere is the picture of the menu and what I got.nI came on Friday 6th of June at 17:00.
This costco needs massive improvement as everything is dirty... just look at the pictures... I only see one cleaner and lots of other staff doing nothing...nnMoorabbin store is always clean as they have 2 or more cleaner's during busy times....nnNEW UPDATE: thought to give COSTCO Ringwood another chance and yet again it's another disappointing outcome. Firstly there are no trolleys upstairs which is a bad as I have medical conditions to refrain me for walking so far... so that's a negative one, and then once again no cleaner on site which is a turn off and not an appealing image for this store. SEE MY NEW PHOTOS FOR PROOF. poor management in this store... and no I won't give my details out so you can blacklist me thank you very much...nnAnd I will keep on coming here until you fix up your act and any given time. So fix up your act and all this will be removed and your request for being honest woth pictures.nnAlmost closing time and still no cleaner has cleaned anything. Shameful COSTCO shame on you for being pigsty... looks like a trip in theis store...nnTables are all dirty and the floors are full of crumbs and food... it's a slip Hazzard.... this store needs a full investigation into management.nnWhats worse you can't give out plate for the pizza, wow. What a joke... I asked for some plates for the pizza and was shot down with a rejection as they told me that we don't give out plate unless you buy a whole pizza and yet we bought x2 pizza and still we weren't able to get any plates wow... THIS STORE IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FOOD... DISGUSTING SERVICE. NEED A FULL CLEAN OUT FROM RUDE STAFF IN THE FOOD COURT...nnThe cleaner has not been seen for ages... I'm still here eating and its been over an hour as no cleaning tables or anything..nnI blame the manager for not keeping this in line...nnWhat a downer as I was here last about 6 years ago and it was great back then...nnPlease improve the cleanness again...
I usually enjoy shopping at Costco, but every time I visit this particular store, I end up leaving unhappy. Many of the cashiers I’ve encountered show clear signs of racial bias. Even some of the staff who check receipts at the exit act as if customers can’t be trusted — it’s really uncomfortable.nnToday was especially disappointing. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier said he needed to count his cash, so I waited while he slowly went through it. He was warm and friendly to the white customer before me but turned cold and indifferent when it came to me. After taking a long time to finish, he even asked me to rescan my membership card.nnI don’t think I’m overreacting — his behaviour truly made me feel unwelcome. When so many employees make customers feel this way, I believe it reflects a deeper problem with management. My membership will expire in January, and I won’t be renewing it.
Terrible product made in USA. Can you take your responsibility as a retailer? Half are over baked, another half with illness or worms. Less than 10% edible. What a joke.
