We have been to Haymes Ringwood many times, however, this time the experience was much delightful. We were attended by Glenn who helped us with our queries with calm mind and gave us his suggestions on how to proceed with the work we want to complete. Thanks Glenn , keep up the good work.
Changing buying habits in sales is the hardest thing to overcome. My experience. I walk into the store and was looking around. Accidentally I walked over yellow tape on the floor, which said staff only. I was looking around the store not at the floor. A guy from his office calls out, you have crossed my yellow line staff only area mate. I apologised and said I didn’t notice the tape. Then he says well it does say staff only. I’ve been in the store for 2 minutes by this stage. I ask the staff member at the counter for a price on 15 litres of paint. He says I can tell you an approximate price only. I said it’s ok and walked out. I went straight to Wattyl paints in Mitcham and brought my paint. Clearly this store has a management issue. As a company owned store you have a problem! I would never recommend this store.
Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Haymes paint is premium quality and made in Australia. I'm very happy with the results.
Not impressed with service. Yes I had a colour photo on phone. Yes I know you can't colour match with a photo. I wanted guidance and was told to pick the closest colour. Very disappointing and felt dismissed, sorry to say won't bother you again. Just so you realise I have 2 apartments and a shop to paint.
Hi, there is a guy working in ringwood haymes his name Bryan, he is very rout and disrespect me and one of my other colleague is been served in a bad way through him, we want the ringwood management to to take some action. Thanks
They Vandalised my car by putting a sticker on it!! My intent was to get lacquer/ Stain for a desk I was looking to fix. I thought I would go over to Chemist Warehouse first. There was noone at their store and it was sunday and I spent 5 minutes over at Chemist Warehouse and then finish at Haymes. In this time the owner? put the sticker on my car. When I saw the sticker, I immediately decided not to use them. I think this practice is unethical and unnecessary. I will use a different paint shop or Bunnings. Not happy guys!
Not too happy with the customer service here today; patronising and sexist behaviour, as well as being just generally unhelpful. Definitely will not be shopping here in future.
Have been to haymes many times great service And definitely the best paint on the market for ease of use and the best coverage 10 out of 10 keep up the great work regards Keith smith.
The staff here seem to think it’s the 1940’s and are not only blown away by the fact a woman is out of the kitchen, but that she also might need to buy paint supplies. Appalling.
