Awesome service again from Baby Train. I've been a customer for many years now and have found each store consistently pleasant. The staff are always caring and the stores always have fantastic offers on car seats and prams which makes buying during anytime in the year a little bit sweeter. The staff are caring and knowledgeable on the product ranges - Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, great range of qaulity car seats, prams, baby harnesses and more. I highly recommend checking them out. The ABC German designed prams are well worth a look! Hastle free Car seat installation available on site, booking recommended. Parking can be a little full in peak periods, go early if possible.

We bought our first tandem stroller at this location, and the customer service was just fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable with all of the products, including the infant capsules and very specific details like the differences in updated versions and even the sizes of different products. I never felt pressured to shop out of my price range, and I never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

Fixed our capsule install after Baby Bunting did a really dodgy job, and the owner talked us through what was done incorrectly and also how to know it’s put in right! We’ve been in multiple times and the staff are very friendly
