Absolutely Shocking Service!!! After buying an AFL gown & pj pants the gown had holes in it . Sent them photos & posted it back with tags still on & still over a month later of sending emails No replacement gown or word from the company saying when or if I will get one until today . They have decided after careful consideration with their supplier that I will not be getting a replacement or my money back ! As they have decided that it wasn't in its original condition! So in other words accusing me of damage !!
Zero communication. Asked for an update after waiting over a month...got nothing. After two months I asked for refund...they then sent out product. No apology no email. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered online and paid for the Express delivery. I live inside the Express delivery network but nothing has been received for 3 days now. The package is for a child’s birthday present and now I’m scrambling for another present to give him. Not happy! Should have gone with my gut feeling and bought the guersey at the Knox AFL store instead. **update** I received my order after 4 days from ordering but the company forgot to send the entire order. The socks are missing. So frustrated! I’ll be calling them tomorrow to find out their side of the story
Absolutely shocking service. I understand Covid struck but hey how about an email or phone call. Placed an order on August 9th and heard nothing, wont answer phone wont respond to email. Terrible and DONT use Covid as an excuse as we are fine to wait but at this stage it seems they are out of business or just don't care. They say they emailed but we received nothing plus after 7 weeks wouldnt you call your customer????? Not this company. We tried to call many times as well with no answer. They say it is unfair to manipulate the truth well the truth is they are using Covid as an excuse for not ensuring their customers are kept up to date. I Work in retail and My sales team must keep the customer updated and are to follow up until they get a response or speak to them to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Read their response they still wont admit responsibility and that's all we were after.
I just purchased my young fellas first Hawks jumper from Spectator Sports and was so happy with the service. My email questions were answered straight away and then when I ordered my package arrived with personalised numbers in one day! Just gave it to him now and he is stoked! Highly recommended store
Placed an order 9/12/19, enquired where my order was on the 19/12/19 only to be advised they didn't have my order in stock. Nobody bothered contacting me, it was only after I contacted them 5 days before Christmas that I was told. How many other people are out there waiting for their packages to arrive for Christmas? I won't order through them again, don't waste your time and money.
Love this place. We live in Sydney so not much variety or not many places selling AFL stuff. We have bought a lot stuff from this place. Always get it fast to correct. Highly recommend
