I have had two orders with this company and found all staff, especially Nancy and Louisa very helpful. I ordered an item and it did not fit my son days prior to competition. They sorted it all out for me and we received the item before the competition started, going above and beyond what most other companies would do. This company is very easy to deal with.

Very poor communication about whereabouts of the order. No tracking number with the order, no one knows where it is and when will it be delivered, no warning on the web page about the shipment delays. A company is making a sale with no preparation for a peak in sales, that is a very poor business decision. Communication from Louisa was very bad and not informative at all.
