Good stock, friendly and helpful staff but definitely under staffed everytime we visit no matter what day of the week it is. Product knowledge is a bit lacking but overall not too bad. Just need more staff.

Great range but service is lacking. Been there both on a Saturday and a Monday morning. As you would expect Saturday very busy and hard to get staff ro help. Unfortunately on the Monday morning we attended, although very quiet it was still hard to get help and then had to wait at register as it seemed there was only one staff member who could use the tills.

In general I find Baby Bunting staff overworked, jaded and unwilling to assist unless you are buying high end items like a pram. The staff here were helpful, polite and knowledgeable during this encounter but didn't exceed my expectations. My opinion has developed over the 3 years I have been shopping at this chain. I think my problem is with the company rather then the staff but it is the only chain which stocks the brand's I want, yet they seem to know that I won't take my business elsewhere and as such have given up on supporting their staff to provide the service people deserve.

Although busy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Drove around to the back of the store to pick up our car seat, they even helped me load the carseat to the boot.
