Paulo was a fantastic help in the purchase of my new Jazz! Not a pushy salesperson at all, but very genuine, friendly, and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, and he got back to me quickly with answers to any questions I had. My purchase experience was very positive, I will definitely be referring family and friends.
Most of the staff at Ringwood Honda were friendly, patient and helpful. They generally made my experience of purchasing my new Honda a pleasant one. The team was very approachable and accommodating and provided me with excellent customer service. I have worked in customer service for many years so when I receive excellent service myself I really appreciate it. I particularly wish to thank the following team members: Ngaio Morris. She was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. She was genuinely warm, really knew her stuff and made the whole experience completely painless. She is a credit to Ringwood Honda. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends thinking of purchasing a new Honda in the future. Frank Gatto: He was both helpful and obliging and showed a real preparedness to “go the extra mile” to make me happy and do the deal. Paulo De Paula: He was very friendly and informative and took the time to explain things about my new car carefully and patiently. He provided me with great customer service. Regrettably, and despite the above, I did have one unpleasant experience when dealing with Ringwood Honda’s General Manager Sonny. When I walked into the showroom to get a trade in valuation on my Suzuki Grand Vitara, his approach was brash and arrogant. Before any meaningful discussion took place I was being asked whether I was “going to do business today”! He showed no real interest in looking at my car and then proceeded to offer me an unreasonable trade-in price. I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated. I then decided to go back to Nissan to purchase the other vehicle I was seriously interested in. If it wasn’t for my older brother convincing me to give Ringwood Honda “another chance” I would not have returned. In the end, I was glad I did but no thanks to the General Manager. Thats why i gave you a 4 star instead of a -5 Star- Pierino Peter S

Kevin was very helpful with the purchase of our new HR-V a few weeks ago including showing us the features of the car and after sales support. All the showroom staff were great too. We were particularly happy to be able to drive away with the new car 3 days after choosing one.
This is about just one person I must mention working at Ringwood Honda spare parts. Don't get me wrong its not about the rest but just one man at the spare parts counter and just not an once only experience dealing with him. I have been a Honda Accord Euro owner for quite some time and John at spare parts is an example how customer service in the automobile industry should be and handle themselves. Knowledgeable, Polite, Patient. Hope all learn from this man. Well done John. Show the rest of your colleagues at Ringwood Honda what customer service is and how it is done. Don't retire until I sell me Honda, I doubt it the service I get will be as good as from you.

Our experience with Paulo salesman was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and provided all information we needed for our decision. I would go as far as consider his advice a key factor on the purchase of our CRV. I received the car on time and all ready to go. Balloons on the car were a special touch. Paulo gave me instructions on different features on the car. I would also like to thank Tim from services, who kindly answered all my questions. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.
My first Honda purchase, but not my last..the exceptional customer service I received from James, was outstanding.. I have never had such a smooth / open and transparent transaction when purchasing a car. James was happy to discuss all the pros and cons of each model, to determine what genuinely suited my needs.. then on picking up my new car, once again James was happy to ensure I knew and understood the ins and outs of the new vehicle, before I drove away... thank you James, for the great service .
My first purchase from Ringwood Honda and I have to say it was an easy experience. Paolo is, as his business card states, a sales professional who was genuine and welcoming on the day, sent me off on my test drive without any hesitation, and was not at all pushy when it came to final negotiations. He made every effort to meet my terms with a trade-in, and he made the whole purchase experience a positive one. He was patient in explaining the features of the car and was as excited as I on collection day. Thank you Paolo and Ringwood Honda.
