Luke and Jason really look after their customers. They went above and beyond when my driver head had a crack in it and the manufacturer wasn't interested in helping me out. Highly recommended The House of Golf Ringwood and especially Luke and Jason to help you too with all your golfing needs.

This shop had non customer service mind at all Ordered one of club and they said it would take 2 weeks from begining . I know it is hard time to get stock by COVID So thats why I check and check with them to period to get the item which is they were sure abt that. After 2 weeks I called them to get the club and they said I have to wait another 4weeks at least without any notice. It was really hard to contact them and whenever I get the chance to talk to them, they always told me " give you call back after we check your order " which is never get call back. I got annoyed by they reaction and request refund my money which is never heard from them still. I and my GF are member of house golf and the other branch guys was never treat us like this. I know it wasnt such big order but never expecting to happen like this What a disappointment. Will not use this store anymore

Bought a set of Ping Prodi G clubs for my 9 year old son in the summer of 2020 and he's been loving them since. Great to do business with. Highly recommended.

Jason was a top bloke! Great energy, great conversationalist but also well educated in golf and able to share that knowledge to a consumer in a very easy to understand manner. Jason understood that I needed some piece of mind before making my purchase, and was able to cater to that. He applied no un necessary pressure upon me in order to make a sale happen, which allowed me to breathe, and make my own way to the counter : Will be coming back again! Thanks Jason and House of Golf.
