I always have a great experience at Bunnings! friendly & helpful staff. Whether I’m looking for garden supplies, tools or DIY advice, I always find what I need. The prices are reasonable. I love workshops and kids’ activities on weekends. It’s a one-stop shop for all my home and garden projects!
I purchased a Ryobi pressure washer from Bunnings about 18 months ago. Recently, it stopped working, so I took it back to the store for repair or replacement under the advertised 4-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, I was refused service simply because I no longer had the receipt—something quite common after such a long time.nnWhat upset me most was the attitude of the staff member I dealt with, Mark. Instead of offering any assistance or checking for alternative ways to verify the purchase such as warranty registration or product serial number, he accused me of potentially stealing the product. This was not only offensive but completely unacceptable customer service.nnThis experience left a very bad impression. I expected more from a brand like Bunnings, especially when the product is clearly theirs and covered by a warranty. Based on this encounter, I give their customer service a zero-star rating and would caution others about relying on Ryobi for support after purchase.
Smelt awful, prices bad, nothing GOOD! Don't go here, horrible staff and atmosphere. It was good back in the day but now, it's a HORROR SHOW. I advise you to go to a different bunnings or a different place in general. This place is lackluster. NO GO!
The customer service at this Bunnings store is subpar and unprofessional, and the parking area is excessively small, which may deter potential customers. Furthermore, the store frequently runs out of stock on popular items. I would recommend avoiding this location and instead visiting Bayswater.
Kids love weekend's activities. Friendly staff. It is not a big store but you can always find what you need. A place to go every weekend this weekend we did a funny character drawing and handball the footy in the bin for a free bunnings footy.
