The staff smiled at each other maybe funny after my husband changed his mind about returning an item at the cashier, even though he lifted the heavy items back to the shelves by himself. We will not come back here again.

I’ve always had great experiences at Bunnings, but Mark really went above and beyond. He took the time to walk all over the store to ensure I got the right tools and offered incredibly helpful suggestions when he noticed I was a bit out of my depth. His assistance made all the difference!

Some staff are really helpful.nnWas a bit disappointed with the kids workshop on the weekend as compared to other stores, time is very limited and also not running on Sunday.
Never been to a bunnings laid out like this before. The timber and trade is all downstairs,which is accessed via a staircase that feels like you are going to the back or a carpark or something. Also when you enter at the front, there is no logical entry point so you have to push past people checking out. It is very well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Heaps of parking.nThere are a bunch of steps or a long ramp up to the front door, so if you need lots of stuff I'd probably go elsewhere or you'll get mighty sick of navigating a trolley down the 20m ramp.
