Bunnings Ringwood is a good place for DIY, home improvement, and especially gardening. They have a great range of healthy plants, tools, soils, and gardening supplies. The store is well-organised, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Highly recommend for both DIYers and plant lovers!nIf the Bunnings parking is full on weekends, you can use Ringwood Square parking;it’s convenient and has access from both sides, so it’s not a problem.
They operate without customer toilet! I cannot understand what kind of customer service it is. They decided it is ok to close the gate at the back of the store at 6:30pm when the store closes at 9pm, telling “sorry, we do not have a toilet” We had to drive around to get to the Coles entrance to use the toilet that is literally several meters away from the Bunnings door
A big thank you to Nathan at Bunnings Ringwood. I came in with my elderly mum and neither of us had much of an idea what we needed to get our garden watering setup sorted. Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help us find the right products. He also went above and beyond by helping load heavy bags of soil into our car. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. We'll definitely be back to Bunnings Ringwood
My partner and I came in to collect a vaccum head my partner is on crutches, we did a little shop then went up to the counter to pay and pick up our click and collect! Jackson and Matt told my partner she had to walk down to the other side of the center and show ID as she walked off they both laughed I went and put the stuff in the car and went to my partner where she was with another worker Sharon who was beautiful. Sharon stated that the 2 boys and I say boys because they didn’t act like men could have gone and collected it for us but just stood there laughing at someone who has a disability. We will be taking this further, also Matt looked like he was being trained but he is being trained by the wrong person! Disgusting service from Ringwood
Very limited range and very bad costumer service. Waited half an hour for the staff at the paint desk ask 4 different staff and still no one comes to help. I wouldn't go back there.
