Just before Christmas I attended Samios at Geebung in Brisbane Qld to source a toilet seat part (expensive soft-close seat and didn't want to buy whole new seat.....). Excellent service by the Samios staff; after checking out back, colleagues, spare parts books, they took the initiative and phoned Haron direct where 'Annette' asked to speak with me direct... Annette arranged for the part to be sent directly to my address. 2 days later - just before Christmas - arrived with a spare and thank you card - Unbelievable!! . Hard to find this sort of exceptional service now-a-days!! well done Haron and Samios!!! Am telling all friends, family and clients where to go for good old fashioned service when looking for plumbing parts - and will be buying Haron from now on - just because they have the after sales service that I thought didn't exist anymore!! .....
