Great service and expert advice.nI wanted to upcycle an old dresser. I wasn't sure what range of paint would be best, and I only wanted a small amount.nI went twice to this store. The first time, I got great advice on the range of paint that could work on my furniture and how to make the finish more durable. There was a broad range with far more colours to choose from.nOn my second visit, I got a sample colour matched. It was spot on, and the test pot demonstrated the low sheen finish gave fantastic coverage. The dresser turned out really good. Looks like a new piece of furniture.
Took the time to call before driving all the way there spoke to a lovely man from the timber section about a board I needed to buy and cut that was pretty important. Get there and nice girl on entry to give directions then get to the timber area and wait, and wait, and no one comes. Try to find something to do a temporary fix at least as it’s almost closing time almost an hour later, we’ll 17minutes away accordingly to the staff member I quickly changed my mind about approaching for help….should have just gone to, well, any other store, to get a piece of timber and a hacksaw and saved myself wasting time and another day without a safe kitchen, probably would have saved money too! Should have taken very little time, not wasted almost 2 hours from start to finish.
A big thank you to the lovely Michelle in the garden centre, who is so helpful and takes the time to explain everything which is very helpful especially to someone like me that has no idea about taking care of plants. Thanks to Michelle's advice my almost dead lemon tree now has heaps of fruit on it! Thank you so much Michelle you are amazing and deserve another badge to your collection. Keep up the awesome work!
Great stock. Had to purchase one thing from the tools counter. The other from the exchange desk. Understand that but no smile. No hello from either team member. Obviously they had had enough for the day.
A very well run store with great staff! Kane was very helpful with a wide range of queries I had about a new cordless tool kit in their recently upgraded tool shop
