Today I went to store for new laptop for myself. Entered store just after 3n3.30 pm and wandered through computer area looking for suitable possibilities, found 3 so wanted advice on which would suit best, I was ready to buy.nAt 3.38 I stood in aisle next to that area and observed 2 male staff chatting together without working, all of us in clear sight of each other. One of them would occasionally look at me but neither approached me, I was hoping one would come to offer assistancenThat didn't happen so I left my position at 3.45pm and walked out of store - but not before pointing out the potential for a definite sale.nI won't go back there but will probably buy at Chirnside Park store.
We had a great experience purchasing a fridge today, Darren helped us and he was nothing short of amazing. He was honest, full of knowledge and made us feel comfortable about purchasing this big item. Thanks Darren.
I want to share my experience today. I called to purchase a dishwasher and I never had such a wonderful and fantastic experience. Tushar was so helpful and offered an outstanding and excellent service and go beyond what I was expecting. He is so knowledgeable and explained so well. Well done, Tushar! Keep up the good work.
Was all set ready to go with 2 laptops and bags, staff were helpful arranging and confirming stock at another store. Checked receipt and laptop bags were 5 times the price on the ticket. Queried this and they said price was correct. Staff member informed me stock was placed in incorrect location. Not their problem. Even though there were 5 bags on the hanger. Said I wanted the 12dollar bag, after some waiting, I was informed there were none. Was made to feel like I was at fault for not maintaining their showroom. Loss of sale to JB.nPnhoto shows remaining bags.
Really hopeless. Recently saw an mobile plan deal from the shop, I walked in at normal working hour and was told the staff just left and no one can help. I called the shop next day and was told we must be in the shop in person. Walked in during the following weekend, was told the offer was expired. Basically the sale didnot want to talk to you to give you any helps. Not sure how long the business can last.
