Didn't really use them for the intended purpose. Wasn't chasing a big office fit-out, just a 2nd hand chair to use at home. They accommodated me very, very well. Wasn't made to feel 2nd rate because I wasn't going for a new swanky chair or trying to fill an entire office. Took the time to go through what was available to me and we ultimately settled on something that was very good at a hell of a bargain. 
When the time comes that I do want a swanky chair and huge desk - will definitely be returning here!

Not very good when you display your opening hours on your door and you're not actually open at 9AM, with other customers waiting at the door also! poor service...
