My local, but really helpful staff. I had pair of Salomon shoes come apart under warranty period. The staff were really helpful submitting the warranty claim, and quickly got back to us to come in and choose new shoes. They then price matched to get a better / higher level for a good changeover price. My only complaint is it costs me money everytime I go near the place.
Before we entered the store, my wife asked one of the team members if we could bring our dog into the store. To which she replied of course, we love dogs. We entered the store with our well behaved dog on the lead and we verbally abused by a middle aged man, saying we should not bring the dog inside and they should be left outside. Riley, one of the excellent team members, stepped in and reassured us that we were ok and we were to let him or another staff member know if we received more abuse. Riley then continued to assist us with the purchase of our new tent. His knowledge of the product and flexibility with the price beat guarantee was outstanding. Highly recommend Riley and the Bayswater Store.
I'm the regular customer in Bayswater, they always have extensive range of fishing and outdoor products. The staff are always knowledgeable for customers needs. I also have been there VIP night, there were absolutely fantastic.
Brilliant customer service on the floor and at the register. Friendly and helpful staff. Floor staff went above and beyond to assist us with fridge purchase on Sunday 4th September. Advises of all options available and comparison of products without us asking. Brilliant.

This store is amazing and the staff are fantastic the manager is awesome aswell rang them today and she got back to me in less than 15 minutes witch is awesome as. she was fantastic. Thank you team at Bayswater will be back.
I was there today, such a big Anaconda store with lovely staff. There was a lady with glasses unfortunately, I don't know her name and another gentleman whose name is Marty. So very beautiful people. Marty is an expert in fishing – as if he has a PhD in it if there is such a field of study. He helped me with everything from A to Z.
The best customer service, young guy by the name of Tristan. He was so helpful and knowledgeable…great to see someone that loves there job.
Super helpful and friendly staff. We were helped by Tim who provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable when we asked for advice on overnight hiking essentials.
