Love shopping here. So much easier to park and get out of . Well laid out store and loads of great gardening gear, I got some great poly green garden stakes you cannot get at the competitor hint hint I also got some 40mm poly sink plumbing fittings I could not locate at other places too. I always seem to locate exactly what I need without too much fuss. The staff are excellent and happy to greet you. Well, that's my 20c worth, give it a try yourself.

Just wanted to leave a review for exceptional customer service today from Ian. Ian went above and beyond to help me out with buying a new lawn mower & whipper snipper for the garden, even went to the effort to fuel it up for me and show me how to use it. Would recommend this store to anyone, even helped lift it out to the car. Thanks for the incredibly friendly service & expert knowledge.

People at the trades desk are generally helpful. Get a lot of complaints from delivery people though. Working on a house in a difficult location. I try to accommodate as much as I can to help out, but inevitably I still get the complaints. I’m just a guy trying to renovate his house fellas I don’t need extra stress because you don’t like where I live.

They may not have sausages as you leave but they have helpful and experienced staff and an excellent range of products.

I have been buying building materials from here for over 10 years. Great timber yard

They didn't have what I wanted even though on their website it said they had 3. They didn't offer to ring other stores even when I said I'd have to go to Bunnings. Shame I'd prefer mitre ten.

Fantastic service today from Laurie and Ian from the Bayswater store. Great advice, even kindly changed the tube on my wheelbarrow tyre at no charge I didn't know how to do it and helped me carry purchases back out to my car. Great to find a hardware shop who has staff available to assist you when you need it. Thanks Mitre 10!!
