Bowen’s Croydon branch are great if you purchase in store or even “click and collect”.nnI did an online order to be delivered and arranged for a delivery in the afternoon after 12 so that I could have somebody on-site to receive the delivery only to get a text around 9.30 am to say that it was on it way to be delivered. I then rang to get the delivery done when I requested as there was nobody on-site only to be told the driver had left.nnWhat makes this delivery even better was that the material was delivered was total wrong.nnAfter a couple of phone calls chasing up the right material to be delivered asap as I had trades people waiting to install it was finally redelivered correctly.nnAs I said Bowen’s are great to deal with for in-store service or click and collect but I was very disappointing with their yard and delivery staff.

Highly recommend Bowens Croydon! Always fully stocked with quality materials. Overall experience with staff is seamless and helpful. Jack is full of knowledge and can't fault his service to Matocon Pty Ltd.
The staff on site went out of their way to get my order fixed, even though I'd ordered the wrong size initially. Expedited a 5-7 day lead time to 3, which was a blessing.
