If you’re looking for Dulux paint this is the place. If you’re looking for service well, be prepared for some “interesting” repartee with the staff. There seems to be only one maybe two staff members who actually know what they’re talking about.

Brilliant service here. Knowledgeable staff, and a lot of stuff cheaper than Bunnings too. Used to come here as a young kid with my Dad more than 30 years ago and nothing's changed. Support local business!
My experience with their customer service is baffling if not rude. Although I waited in queue for the male service provider to attend, he just left the counter and served a customer who came way after! Because I was in the queue, he used a different counter to serve this customer! After he left, the gentleman got in to a long phone call continuing to ignore the customer! Nevertheless, they have a fantastic collection of paints and accessories.
Loved our shopping experience with Paint Spot Knox. Click & Collect was faster than any shop we have used during lockdown. They were helpful with information about what we needed and their customer service was excellent.
Great service. Built a table last year and got some good advice choosing a stain and some good tips on sanding fibres down between coats. Came back this week to get some poly for a floor and was so glad I came here versus Bunnings. Help choosing the right polyurethane / sheen set me up for success and couldn’t be happier with my floors. Staff really know their stuff and prices great!
We have been desperately trying to match our 20 year old paint color to touch up after a repair job. The color is longer on paint charts but the lovely man at Paint Spot dug put an old chart for us and mixed up the perfect match. Thank you so much Paint Spot
Visited the store this morning and what always strikes me when I come here is the excellent service the staff always provide. Today we wanted to buy only about 500 ml to a litre of 2 metallic shades. Although it was such a small purchase the staff member ..unfortunately missed taking his name..he gave us all his attention..helped us in picking a colour and was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you and Keep up the great work.
