We have found David the optician extremely through and experienced. Paul was extremely attentive,polite and friendly,spending time making suggestions for which frames would suit and fit us comfortably. He was also very obliging to see if the particular multi focal lens that I prefer was still avaliable, as I had had issues with the current new lens at the optical super store the last time I required new glasses. I required specific specifications as I worked in optomalogy surgery . Getting multifocal lens can be a haphazard affair, if not measured correctly. I can highly recommend Paul,would not deal with anyone else. He is a credit to this store.
Not happy. I received very rude customer service by a short, middle aged, caucasian man. I won’t be recommending this store or coming back. You would think the customer service would be better since re-opening from Covid lockdown, but I guess he doesn’t value attracting customers!!
Excellent experience getting my reading glasses. They had an appointment the next day. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of affordable glasses.
